16 Station Rd, Queensferry, DeesideHands down one the only place doing gyros the way they are supposed to be done in Deeside. No other kebab comes close in this whole region. I know people go there for chips, sausage, fish and usually chippy stuff which is great no doubt.. However their chicken gyros with the real gyros bread is award-worthy. Been having for 5 years now, would be having for life. ?

Welsh Rd, ChesterVisited tonight for the first time and got a very warm and welcoming greeting by the guy on receptionWere we taken to our table and told how the buffet works and choosing to go unlimited for £25 per person was definitely the right thing to do, a selection of beers on tap, bottles, wines, spirits and soft drinks and all unlimitedAll the staff were great and the food was fantastic, the chicken korma was one of the best I’ve ever had, the mixed meat jalfrezi had a nice hear to it and everything was fresh and hot (temperature wise)The only improvement I would recommend is lables on all the chutneys and other items as if you are unfamiliar with Indian food you wouldn’t have a clue what any of the chutneys wereApart from that it was a 5 ⭐️ visit and I’m looking forward to visiting again

The Glynne Arms
3 Glynne Way, Hawarden, DeesideFantastic!!! After a long walk we had booked a table but we were early and had decided to bring one of our dogs along. No problem quick drink at the bar and we where shown to our table in a very dog friendly part of the pub. This is not a traditional looking pub it's very quirky and has a unique charm about it. We had starters pate and smoked haddock arancini with peas and poached egg. The pate along with bread and chutney was great and my arancini was out of this world one of the nicest starters I've had for a long time. We then had burger and roast beef sirloin both dishes where amazing. All served by very nice friendly happy attentive staff which let's alot of places down but not here. They have a very good and indie selection of beers which is nice to see instead of your usual you know estrella peroni moretti.We have several favourite pubs we visit in cheshire North Wales and wirral this one has most definitely joined that list at the top. Bravo and we'll see you again very soon.

34 Welsh Rd, Garden City, DeesideThe combo salt and pepper boxes are out of this world. Ordered a medium which came in a 9” pizza box crammed full that much it was cellotaped shut. Thankyou two dragons, couldnt even eat it all, saved it for lunch for the next day. I will get a small next time. Best combo box I’ve ever had like this. Crispy beef was lovely, ribs were perfect, chicken balls and strips nice and crisp and the sweet and sour sauce is like a pineapple explosion, really really nice ( more of that please)

The Plough Inn
2 Aston Rd, Queensferry, DeesideWent to The Plough last night with friends. We had booked the Christmas Dinner to eat before we took part in Kev and Dean’s Christmas Quiz. We do eat here regularly so I knew the food would be good, but, what can I say? The meal was superb. Excellent quality, and all served piping hot to our reserved and decorated table by none other than the landlord himself. Many thanks Kev and all your team for the whole experience. Even though he has only been at The Plough for a few months he is definitely making his mark. Can’t recommend it highly enough. As an added highlight of the evening, we even won the quiz. First time ever. Still can’t quite believe it. Thanks to Kev and Dean for all their hard work and charity fundraising. Will see you all there again next Thursday.

When I used to visit this place, the turkish men know me what I would eat and they said to me "EXTRA LARGE CHICKEN KEBAB" and I said you think as well!!!One of my collegu of driver said to me to greet them "EFFENDI" that means friend! I do it and after they were surprised what I can say for them!

Service is always polite & perfect with Delivery times no longer than 45mins sometimes half hour even when there really Busy. So if you want a really tasty treat then call Big B's Burgers Queensferry Deeside. The food is always fresh and hot and staff are always happy, friendly and treat their customers like family. The manager holly and assistant manager Gaz are always there working 110% as well as smiling and happy. If anyone is looking for a good BK for lunch or dinner I would recommend this one any day.Vegetarian options: Vegan Royal meal

1 Holywell Rd, Ewloe, DeesideFantastic! Both the service and the food. Piping hot pizza (very generously topped) & cheesy chips arrived 10mins early. They forgot my free drink (which I was just going to forget about) but then they arrived 20mins later with an ice cold bottle, an apology & a smile. Didnt ask or complain, he just came back with it! Delivery guy is always smiling and pleasant. Won't get better customer service or tasty food anywhere else!

Stamford Way, Ewloe, DeesideI went here as a guest to my nieces baby shower. The room was warm and inviting and decorated beautifully. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had great fun playing a few 'baby' related games, too! The dining area, open plan kitchen, and restrooms were excellent and very clean.We had a lovely afternoon tea buffet, with a great selection... and the scones with clotted cream and jam were delicious. Drinks were very reasonably priced also. Great venue, I'd say for any similar events or gatherings. Lots of parking space. Definitely recommend this venue.

Chemistry Ln, DeesideReally nice pub, off the beaten track but well worth visiting. The first person I met was John the landlord who introduced himself and pointed out the Wrexham Lager that I selected and I wasn't disappointed. Very nice pint indeed. A few minutes later I was introduced to the landlady and chef, Pat, who asked if I wanted to order food as everything is freshly prepared and cooked and pointed out the menu choices available that day. I chose the Chicken Melt, fillets of chicken in a barbeque sauce topped with melted cheese that came with chips and peas. The meal arrived around 20 minutes later, generous portions and absolutely delicious. If I hadn't been so full I would have had the same again!

Would recommend to anyone that likes good food and a friendly pub!Staff were always on hand and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. An absolute credit. Will definitely be eating there again!

The Bridge Inn
Chester Rd, Sandycroft, DeesideNice local pub. Walkable from home in the summer. Warm feel inside too and proper traditional food. They have a limited menu which I like, as it makes deciding what to have easier lol. Tonight I had fish and chips and it was lovely! Services with mushy peas and tartar sauce. A pint of san Miguel, what more do you want ?I’m pescatarian, but if I was vegetarian I would struggle here as there was no menu option available
