Food has drastically declined. Quality and volume are the poorest I’ve seen in a long time. I ordered a double burger and got this absolute mess. We also ordered two regular chips and the portion size was tiny. Sick and tired of the poor effort for this place. It’s almost like they think they don’t need to bother anymore because they are one of the few takeaways that deliver in Denbigh. Will it be ordering from this place anymore

First visit December 2023 chips where limp peas had no taste and the batter on fish to oily,shall not visit again

So so disappointed. 'large' fish was no bigger then a supermarket frozen shop bought size (allthough it was fresh battered fish) with a soggy bottom batter. Chips where undercooked and the onion rings where actual frozen shop bought ones. Very rare I eat carbs so I doubt they'll miss my custom, however I won't ever be going back! Such a shame as this use to be the go to place and my favorite.

Not good. tasteless sausage, batter on the cod was too thick meaning while nice and crunchy outside it was soggy and oily on the inside. The chips were ok. We won't bother again.

Delicious food, delivered on time, great service from the telephone order and delivery driver. Delivered to Heron Lake Lodges which is 30 minutes away, so arrived warm and was piping hot after 5 minutes in the oven.

Amazing pizza, will have to knock it down for the chicken wings as they were bland and not seasoned well. Classic Italian pizza.....amazing

Excited to try the new shop in Rhyl. Very disappointed. Ordered 2 chicken cheese burgers and received 2 normal lukewarm burgers and the fish and chips were also lukewarm and quite tasteless. Cost of £24.05. Not a great start!!
Sorry, but every time I have ordered fish and chips from here they've been quite horrible. Just handy as they deliver, but I've had too many bad meals from here that I won't be using them again.

Staff were really friendly, chatted about the business, offerings and general chatter whilst we waited. Were lovely to the kids and the food was really nice. Said they could deliver to the local area as well so took a menu and will definaltely use again.

Good quality fish and chips, as well as excellent tasty ordinary gravy.Fish was cooked to order which means you are not getting freshly cooked food that has not gone soggy from being under a warming light.Obviously service times can vary drastically when busy and because of cooking from fresh but a bit longer wait for toasting hot food is better than semi-cold soggy chips and cooling flat and sad battered fish.Parking on the road is a dodgey affair because it is very busy and narrow with a lot of other parked cars, pedestrians and moving traffic as well as several dreaded double yellow no parking lines!

Over priced and poor quality, paid 25 pound for 2 fish and chips with peas and curry sauce. Portion size was for a child, peas were cold and white? Used to be a good chippy would never order from here again.
