Always busy here, as with most Greggs sites. The ladies are mostly happy to help and polite. You get what you pay for, inexpensive food and drinks at a reasonable standard. The cleanliness was to a good standard, infact a member of staff was wiping down tables whilst I was there. 5 stars for my last visit, picking up a flat white, before a haircut.

Depending on the branch you're in the service can vary. Our local branch didn't want me to give a homeless guy a £10 voucher because they didn't want him in their store. That was 4 years ago and I haven't set foot in a Greggs ever since.
