I had to collect breakfast for some workers who had a big journey in the early morning. Carol, I believe she is the manager welcomed me in to wait in the warm as it was dark and early. What a delicious human being. She had warm hot rolls ready which the work men were very greatful for. She made me a coffee while I waited. Honestly what a beautiful person. It really made my early morning alot easier. What a kind ,kind women. We definitely all need a Carol. Thank you, your kindness has not gone un-noticed ?

This is a very clean, well presented Greggs. The food and coffee is really great value for money. The team members are professional, friendly and welcoming.I set up the Greggs app and received a hot drink and a baked item free of charge, lovely. ?Disabled access is very good. Greggs do not provide loo facilities but do have a sit-in area.

You ask for four of something, showing the server four finger. They ask you ‘four you said’ and you say ‘yes four’. They put two of something on the counter. You say ‘I asked for four’ they say ‘there’s four in there’. You get back to your car and what do you find? Two not four.Shocking service compared to Greggs in cities like Cardiff or Swansea that deal with a lot more custom.Still charged me for four as well ??‍♂️

Says on here that the Ferndale shop is open at 8am, my partner was there this morning at 08.55, went in got a loaf of bread and went to the counter. The staff member told him the shop was closed and not open until 9am, he said about the site saying it was open at 8am to which she called the manager. The manager was very rude to him and ordered him out of the shop until they opened at 9am. Sort it out Greggs get your opening hours right online and your staff needs some people skills.
