Been good customer to them only once had problem ordered a pick up at 1020 pm said ten minutes but got there 1050 was not ready said come back in 5 mins ordered chicken medium kebab got there was given a wrap owner said it’s all there in a wrap yet I ordered chicken doner kebab charged me the same price my partner went to explain again after we received it and the owner said what do u want me to do mr I was given a wrap but changed for a medium kebab I had my recipe but yet still what you want me to do ?? if I wanted a wrap I would of ordered one I will not order again if you can’t tell what a wrap from a kebab is by now you clearly should not be doing what u do all you had to do was change it but no got the receipt witch says clearly what I ordered and the picture what I received shocking

Paid £4 for 4 chicken wings it wasn’t a half of a chicken wing it was just the wing tips. Absolute rip off. Been a good customer there. But that’s the last time I be ordering from there.

A group of us recently took our children to Darren Park in Ferndale after we finished work. On the way to the park I collected a takeaway from the Grill House in Maerdy. I placed an online order for chips, pizzas, chickens wraps, kebabs, burgers and fried chicken. The order was ready at the allocated time and I received excellent customer service from the friendly man who served me. When I arrived at the park the food was still piping hot. We sat on a picnic bench and the portion sizes were very good. The food tasted great with lots of fresh ingredients and flavours. The children really enjoyed their end of term treat and there was plenty of food to go around. After eating tea the children enjoyed playing in the well equipped park and watching the fish in the lake. We stayed at Darren Park until sunset. We would recommend a visit to the Grill House, because the food tasted fantastic and offered great value for money. We will definitely return.
Ordered a variety on different occasions, doner kebab, cheese burgers, loads of different pizza, mozzarella sticks, chicken doner, and chicken shish, garlic cheesy bread. We have ordered food with and without salads and sauces. Everytime it's been correct, delicious and hot (not cold food) and the whole family (13) have enjoyed everytime! Next order will be chicken burgers cause we've not tried them yet ? fries are fries and small portion can serve 1-2, large 2-4 depending on appetite. Absolutely lush, cant fault it! We will be regular customers if the standards continue.

Stay away from this kebab shop will not refund money when my pregnant Mrs is given uncooked not fresh meet twice. Attitude on the boss is stinking asking me to walk to the shop to bring the food back as he has to pay the driver 4 pound apparently 2 minute drive to me.
