2nd night here and the food was as good as the time before had the curry tonight it was excellent, wife had the steak and kidney pudding I challenge you to eat this as the portions are huge it takes some finishing. Well done to the owners and the friendly locals for making this pub a very welcoming place to eat and drink.Good luck for the future if we are up this way again soon I know where I'll be coming for food and a drink.Best wishes Kevin lynne and Kizzydog.

My oh my. This was such a treat! The food was fresh and tasty. Owners are simply amazing, accommodating and great with children.Gluten free options available AND they serve food all day, which seemed to not be so common in the area.True pleasure to dine.

What a lovely gem of a pub.Quite possibly the most welcoming owners I've ever come across.Nothing was too much trouble and the owner was great with our child. All the food was excellent, the home cooked chips were particularly tasty.Good choice of ales and a lovely evening.If you're anywhere near the area give it a try!
