We visited this place based on reviews and it didn't disappoint. Lovely warm welcome from everyone in there and the food was homemade, piping hot and delicious. We will definitely be visiting again!
2nd night here and the food was as good as the time before had the curry tonight it was excellent, wife had the steak and kidney pudding I challenge you to eat this as the portions are huge it takes some finishing. Well done to the owners and the friendly locals for making this pub a very welcoming place to eat and drink.Good luck for the future if we are up this way again soon I know where I'll be coming for food and a drink.Best wishes Kevin lynne and Kizzydog.

Warm welcomes given to our dog and two children and amazing home cooked food. Home made curry and chips, winner. Very lovely pub dog too.Vegetarian options: Veg options available. All home cooked.Parking: Gravel carpark at rear.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and had some Dominoes and Jenga. Kept them entertained.
