It was not very busy when we visited. We had been to Iceland in Tyldesley, and they didn't have one item my wife wanted, so we tried here. Unfortunately, they didn't have the item either. Obviously, it was an out of stock item so no blame on the store. We ended up buying other items even though I thought we had got everything we needed from Tyldesley. This is a subsidiary of Iceland, but much bigger than the average Iceland store. Great for bulk buying, well stocked and reasonably priced, free parking right outside (unlike many Iceland shops).

Loads of choices at good prices in a spotlessly clean warehouse..... problem however was the checkout.... only 1 person on although there were other staff around. 5 minutes approximately but she was very friendly and as we had not been before and were not known we got through the checkout procedure very quickly ... our preferred Iceland would be Platt Bridge although smaller overall a better experience.
