I would never normally complain about McDonald’s as usually it’s always the same, but earlier this morning about 10am I made an order of a double egg n sausage McMuffin meal, and i bacon roll meal, I was absolutely disappointed, firstly, the drinks were all spilled, no straws, no sauces, the food was extremely cold and dripping with grease , THERE WAS EGGSHELLS ALL OVER MY MCMUFFIN, the hash browns were way too hard, I’d just come back from hospital and I was really looking...read full review
2 duble chisburgers were missing from my order. Unfortunately for my kids I discovered at home and not in the store:(( and when I called and tell them what happened the hung up. The worst place ever
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store on 23/04/2023. I visited the store and placed an order on the screen, and was about to make a payment when I was rudely informed that the store was closed, and my order was cancelled.I was surprised to hear this as I was unaware that your store closed at 3:45 pm. I understand that the store has to close at a certain time, but I felt that the manner in which I was informed was rude and unprofessional....read full review
