The Mount Bar and Grill

Today for the first time in seven years I called in this pub for a spot of lunch and a couple of pints.

The food item I selected from the menu was Loaded Nachos with the option of Chilli Con Carne or Pulled Pork. I chose Pulled Pork to load my Nachos, which I must say was absolutely stunning and the best ive ever had full marks to the chef.

As for the choices of draught beers ? I selected one of the newest additions to the bar in which was a lager but also a proper British one and they was Hawkestone Lager 4.8% from Cotswold Brew Co. As an expert on Real Ales ? and Craft Beers this lager was the very finest ive ever had. Out of all the lagers ive tried both at home in the UK ?? and abroad this one stands out to be a favourite of mine and will be my go to lager to drink whenever I drink a few pints of lager. Its a well earned 10/10 from me including full marks to both the bar staff who poured and served it and not forgetting the Brewery that makes this very fine British lager.
