Staff are usually very nice although there are times trying to get them to notice you are waiting is a bit hard... To the point where I have in the past decided to leave it and grabbed some stuff from the solar instead\\nHowever... My recent visits have all been very positive. Food has never let me down, and it seems they are now trying to be a little more attentive... It is hard, as their prep room has all the staff turned away from the counter so I feel it's not too do with poor layout than service issues
