Friendly, family-run business with attractive seating options both indoors and outside in a courtyard. Good coffee and home-cooked cakes. (Opening times in Google are probably the associated village shop’s opening times rather than the café. Might be worth updating those.)
This is one of the main reasons we moved to Aldford! We’re so lucky to have Lily’s cafe and the village shop right on our doorstep…All the food is excellent quality and all home made. As good as ever. Haven’t been in for a while and popped in to have a coffee and bacon batch before watching the Tour of Britain flash by. Wasn’t disappointed as the welcome was as friendly as I remember and the coffee and bacon batch 10/10.
