“This was a good fine dine restaurant. The place was crowded but provided a good vibe. It was bit of a struggle to get seats so better to book in advance. Most items which we ordered were good. The number of vegetarian options were limited. Staff were busy and it was difficult to find them.Visited July 23.Vegetarian options: Less options.Parking: You will find parking within the place.Kid-friendliness: Kids were welcomed.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes accessible”

From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home.Harrison's attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided helpful recommendations based on our preferences. His enthusiasm for the food was contagious, and it definitely enhanced our dining experience.Throughout the meal, Harrison ensured that we had everything we needed. He was prompt in taking our orders and kept an eye on our table to make sure our glasses were never empty. Despite the restaurant being busy, he managed to make us feel like we were his top priority.What stood out the most about Harrison was his genuine care and friendliness. “These are rooms attached next to a local bar. To paraphrase the manager, they do not pretend to be something they are not. That being said, it was a pleasant one night while we catch a ferry or train. Easy walk, (once you know which direction from the station).Room was tiny (especially with luggage) including bathroom, but was clean with comfortable beds and good towels. Surprisingly quiet, even with the window open a bit. Wifi was good. Full english breakfast was filling and one of the better ones we've had. The staff, Kelly and manager Sandra were hospitable, friendly and super nice (in a colorful barkeep way...they don't take much gruff, but give a lot of laughter).”

“Kayleigh our hostess was friendly, efficient and attentive and she made sure our order arrived quickly and correctly. The food was excellent! Every item on the fishmongers platter was cooked to perfection. The coriander and mint pea paste with the spot on cooked scallops were delightful. The black pudding with poached egg was also very nice. An experience not to be missed!”

“First time here for a birthday meal. Very good food options, lots of space and clean toilets. Very tolerant of children and dogs.Food was really good, but a bit mean with the chips (with the ale pie). Steps going up on the front car park, so don't know if there is a wheelchair/ramp option at the back for people with mobility problems. Would definitely go again”
