Phoned up to order as the online system wasn’t working and which I informed the gent on the phone, then was told I couldn’t pay over the phone and to order on the app. Spent half an hour trying to order the food then it arrived was poor quality and meat was a mixture of over and under cooked. Food has leaked all in the Carrier bag on delivery.

Called in for a takeaway. Food cooked freshly as you wait. Most importantly, it was delicious, tasty and hot.

Weird when there were previous staff going years back, that they used to take time to cook dishes say 20 - 30mins in, and they were excellent, but now I have noticed they are done in like 10 mins or less. I think they finally have since cleaned out the oven as the nan bread wasn't burned the last time, BUT it is quite obvious that they are reheating pre-cooked sauces, you might think this saves time, but I can tell the difference, especially when it starts to cool, there is a horrible gelling after-taste that always seems to linger there. I have brought home many different dishes from this place but all have smelled like a microwaved gravy. I wish they'd make some effort, people are prepared to wait for quality. Also, half their kebabs are onion, obiovusly to make it look like there's more to it. Don't ask for a large.

Placed an order online whilst we were on holiday.Had 2 wait 3 hours, paid for delivery and then we were told they couldn't deliver so had to collect itNever again.

well I have to say dissatisfied is a understatement on my food last night I ordered a chicken Tikka main meal for my wife and I ordered the mixed meat marsala and the daughter had I think was a balty which came to £32 . rang in and we were told to pick up in 25min but it took just under a hour which was fine because I just assumed ques etc got home my wife opened her Tikka and it was stone cold and I mean here fridge temperature cold ,I opened my marsala and it was just awfull it was like something that just should not be eaten and then don't get me started on my chips they were like burnt needles,and I don't even want to mention my daughters meal .I rang to say about the Tikka and fair play you respond straight away and delivered another but I have to say I will eat pretty much anything and it was awful the meat stank ? I took it off her and with the rest of the food we had had because why was the meat looking cooked but stone cold ? the reason why is it was obvious it was pre cooked and stored in a fridge and you heated it up which I am in a understanding that you aren't supposed to do with chicken. I then had to spend another £35 with another takeaway to try and rescue the night because I am into hospital on Mon for a nine hr opp so we were having a family meal before I go in so in total I spent nearly £70 to rescue a very emotional night I just can't get over how awful the food was I am truly shocked and extremely dissatisfiedm Davieswater st kidwelly

Absolutely fantastic food never fails we always eat there once a week and travel down from Llanelli order online and they give you time slot and even get discount on the order food always hot will never use another take only here ❤️?

Delivery not after 10.3o tried to cancel order wouldn't refund back back straight after ordering terrible service will not be ordering again lost 30 odd pound didn't even try to resolve problem not clear on site no delivery after 10.30
telling us car is always braking down and the tyre is flat. refusing to pay us the money back to order from somewhere else if i was you don’t order from here absolutely shocking

Very disappointed with the food from here tonight, everything was tasteless and bland, I don't know what the meat Rogan was it was awful, the sauce was almost black and the meat (if you could call it meat) was not edible!! Absolutely disgusting...
