Food is great loads to pick from but the customer service is shocking very rude staff member who was also very rude to younger staff members who just wanted to do her job if only the other staff member could take a leaf out of the young girls book. I will not be eating here again which is a shame as like to support local businesses. Instead of bigger food chains like Greg's.

Staff friendly, food cooked to order and good value. Serves all day breakfast, baked potatoes, sandwiches and much more. A good atmosphere attracting a variety of people from tourists to the local council workers. Situated next door to the train station. Would definitely visit again

Really friendly staff, didn't mind us taking over a table for over an hour and a half. Lovely cakes and their hot chocolate is amazing. Definitely reccomendDietary restrictions: They had gluten free, vegan and lactose free options

Not dog friendly so dogs not allowed inside. I was allowed to sit outside but no one came out to take an order which is not very helpful when it’s just you and your dog. Lost sales from dog owners …..

I have never been so disgusted in all my life ! Today as a treat I took my 90 year old mother for lunch unfortunately the food due to extremely salty gravy was inedible,I respectfully called the young waitress and explained only to be told there could be no replacement .The owner them came and was to say the least extremely aggressive,shaking her arm stating she had not put the gravy on the food and no one ever complains !This situation was extremely upsetting for my mother and totally unexceptable.Customer’s beware .

Had probably the best breakfast ever yesterday at Freshfills, Llandrindod Wells. £6.99 for 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 fried eggs, beans, tomatoes and 2 pieces of toast. The quality was great and the price exceptional. Will definitely return ?????
