5, Spa Centre, Station Cres, Llandrindod WellsStopped in at Llandrindod Wells for lunch whilst on our way to Porthmadog in Wales. The Herb Cage is down a little laneway and popular with locals. We enjoyed a full English breakfast served all day and our daughter had a jacket potato. Lovely, lovely, lovely! Make the effort to stop in. \nFYI - neuroses toilet that is very clean and has a baby change table and a dual toilet that caters for the disabled.

Fforest Fields, Mid Wales Caravan & Camping Site | Holiday Cottages | Glamping
Fforest Fields, Hundred House, Llandrindod WellsI booked for 3 days and ended up staying for almost a week. There are fantastic long walks direct from the site which my dog and I enjoyed. Apart from one of the owners and his dogs, we didn’t see anyone out on the hills. The views were stunning. I also liked the paths around the site which were ideal for short dog walks before breakfast and bed - always good to be able to pop out for a quick walk and not need to wash muddy paws in February! The facilities are clean and well designed and the owners are helpful and friendly. Looking forward to returning soon.

Emporium building, 2 Temple St, Llandrindod WellsHad a lovely meal here this evening. The restaurant was incredibly busy after the first day of the Winter Fair and we had to wait a while for a table but the food was lovely and the staff were very attentive even though it was so busy. Will certainly recommend!

Newbridge on Wye, Llandrindod WellsWe had a 3 night stay at the New Inn as we were working locally in the area, and we honestly couldn't fault anything with our stay. They were so accomadting, from breakfast to the 3 evening meals the food was outstanding and portions were huge !!! Sian makes the best homemade chips !! Highly recommend staying and eating here. Food was awesome, service was polite and very welcoming. Clean and tidy place. Had a breakfast and hot chocolate and all very yummy!! Shame we aren't local but if passing in future will definitely make a stop!!

Super Dinner Takeaway
2 Park Cres, Llandrindod WellsHad a takeaway here last night, a jalfrezi and a chicken tikka masala and they were lovely! The man we spoke to was lovely and you could tell he really tried to make it a great experience for us! We will definitely be coming back - we didn't get him name but he was great!

Metropole Hotel and Spa
Temple St, Llandrindod WellsMy wife and I had a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast break. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The pool, gym and spa facilities were excellent. The dinner and breakfast were very good with an excellent choice. We really enjoyed our short break and would recommend the Metropole to anyone wanting a restful break in or around Llandrindod.
