Really slow service and forgot the dip and napkin as usual, edit... Another forget of dip this time phoned in to complain told would get free replacement next time took ages to sort them couldn't believe it when I got out into car park and saw they STILL had managed to forget the dip... If you sell something called dippers then remember the dip not difficult

Visited on a Thursday lunchtime and surprised how quiet it was. Was served quite quickly and ordered two meals. Noticed that the courier and drive through orders were moving quickly.After waiting fifteen minutes I asked where my order was only to be told it had probably been given to someone else! I had to explain what I had ordered and then waited another ten minutes and quess what, the chips were cold and they had forgotten the two latte's.The quarter pounders were greasy and the bun had absorbed most of it, see photo.We were so fed up I didn't take anything back I just wanted to get out of the place.They seem to cater for the drive through and courier orders at the expense of the stay in diners. Certainly won't be visiting this Mackies again!

Just what you'd expect.Vegetarian options: Well worth a try.
So just went through the drive through this morning to order my partner a breakfast roll. Had to wait around 10mins in the car park for the food. Then once I got back home this is what we found. Mouldy bread, can honestly say the worst mcdonalds around! Not happy whats so ever.

Check your orders, even when they ask you what you want they always bugger up the order and the portion sizes are a jokePhil Lowndes (Franchise owner) needs to have a word with his managers for his franchises as the reviews on Google paint not a very good repeating
