This was a portion of large fries.. also part of my husband’s order was missing. Unfortunately incomplete orders happen on a regular basis at this branch, what has happened at Llandudno Junction? It used to be reliable. We are considering using independent burger places from now on, such a shame as we like McDonald’s ☹️
Our closest McDonald's so we use it more often than others but the McFlurry machine never seems to be working here? A bit annoying as it's the only thing my daughter often wants but otherwise it's a decent McDonald's, don't wait too long for food and usually get orders right.

Food was hot and correct however we waited 15 minutes and had to ask where our food was and they said they hadn’t received our order. Once we asked the manager was very quick to rectify.
