Ordered a McPlant meal and a happy meal. Took ages, they got the drink wrong, the McPlant was cold and got a toy instead of a book on the happy meal. The sticker on the happy meal was a different order number. Could do better!

Relocated McDonald's is so bad. Food stone cold. Not great when you use the drive thru and discover its stone cold once you open up the bag, even on a very short journey.

Poor food, on every occasion we've been there soggy chips cold burgers, and the ice cream machine is NEVER working so no milkshakes either. Might be a nice new shiny McDonalds but after at least 5 bad meals we will just give it a miss now

This is for the people of Llandudno should need to hear about their new McDonald's, like one is that the grand opening of their new McDonald's was done during a Coronavirus veriant called 'Delta', two is that where I live that is Birmingham City there is no 'dual storey drive thru McDonald's building' and no outdoor play thing yet in the Birmingham City area that makes it not fair to me and three is that the people of Llandudno, you may not trust this McDonald's when you see this memed picture of the grand opening of McDonald's Llandudno and the other picture as well that makes it a 'wish you are here' feeling that a lot of people missed due to English and Welsh rules of how the Coronavirus was happening on that day.\\n\\nSo, this is a one star review of this McDonald's because I won't go back there because of the grand opening just being one day and the old building gone that my last time ever was Summer 2018 and I will say no to McDonald's Llandudno, due to a grand opening that is classed as a foul.

First time we have visited the \\\"new MC Donald's\\\" in Llandudno, we went for breakfast, there was a young family seated waiting for their order, other than that the place was empty, but drive through was busy. We must have waited over 10 minutes for our order and the guy after us was still there after we had eaten and leaving, ridiculous waiting time, god knows what it's like when it's busy, will not be coming back.

Visited today just after 11:00 am, first thing we noticed nobody at service desk and that didn't change for the duration of our visit, apart from the odd occasion. We then grabbed a table which hadn't been cleaned, also noticed rubbish area overflowing ( picture attached). Ordered food from automated system, paid for and no receipt dispensed, didn't know what order number we were. Eventually collected meal but no napkins in site, had to go back to the counter where they were hidden away in some grey boxes. We were at the site for 40 minutes during which time no cleaning of tables, floor or recycling area was done. Find this hard to believe during normal times, never mind whilst we are in the middle of a pandemic. Finally bins outside premises overflowing. Definitely not going to this place again.

We stopped here before starting Xmas shopping as I had skipped lunch. Haven’t been to a McDonalds for about 5 years and my first time here. While the food wasn’t great that wasn’t my concern but what really worried me was: - the amount of people ordering and in the queue not wearing masks - the amount of people in there full stop - the touchscreen order boards being used over again with no cleaning in between - a guy in the place where there were kids having a complete meltdown over the time it took for his 3 cheeseburgers to arrive with no attempt to manage the situation from staff. His aggression was quite frightening and he sat at the table next to us swearing really angrily at the wait and was banging onto the touchscreen machine. The food was not worth the effort to try and endure the other people and lack of Covid safety unfortunately. I left it and we went. The Diet Coke was ok.

A nice, new McDonald's now here in Llandudno! I used the drive-through and had a very nice Big-Mac Medium Meal with a White Coffee. All seemed to taste fine to me. I also like the new 2 stories design of the new building. Success to you. Thank-you! :)

Thought we’d try the new McDonald’s in Llandudno as we’d given up on the old place as the food was so poor. Sorry we bothered, food was luke warm as in the old place. Never again.
Had such a lovely day out and wanted to end it with a quick tea before the kids were bathed and put to bed, so we waited 35 minutes in the queue and when we were finally served the staff were more interested talking about there personal lives, we were served by a girl called Sophie looked now older than 20 she was very rude whilst handing out of our food and we had to then wait 5 minutes to receive our sauces but was happily chatting about her boyfriend and friends. Wouldn’t recommend it at all!!

Wanted to try the new drive through - what a mistake, food cold, even the Apple pie - which used to always been piping hot! Big tasty with bacon - what taste, what bacon? Fries - well the seagulls enjoyed them.

We used the click and collect service on the Mac Donald’s app as drive through always really busy- (why have they got two order points it makes the service even slower) There are five parking spots for online order pick ups so it’s obviously something they want to encourage. We waited 25 minutes before getting the food so won’t bother again.

They decided to close up when I arrived at 9pm on 11/08/21, no signs up to say they were closed, there were two signs that said they were open 24-7 and 8am til 11pm, staff just ignored them when you tried to get their attention, disgusting behaviour from the store as a whole
