This family run hotel is a gem. The rooms may need a little updating, but they are clean, warm and comfortable. Very good food in the restaurant, friendly bar, located in a really interesting little market town. Lovely experience all round!

This has become my new local. Friendly staff, excellent real ales which are usually locally brewed. Lovely clientele.

Had Sunday lunch and wasn't that impressed. It's a shame to be served frozen roast potatoes and veg .it's so lazy. Not enough veg either or variety . The gravy was powder mix as well . Quite disappointed to be honest .wont be going there again .
Just had Sunday lunch at the Porth, lovely setting with a view over the river Teifi. The restaurant has been refurbished and is a very pleasant place to have lunch Friendly staff and the food was excellent. Will be going again.

I hadn't been back to Llandysul for six years and was looking forward to our extended family gathering at the Porth. I was not disappointed! The buffet was excellent with plenty of variety for vegetarian and vegan alike. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough to make the event run smoothly. We were also fortunate for sunny weather which allowed us to spend time outside afterwards by the river for group photos. Diolch yn fawr i chi gyd am y croeso nôl i Gymru.

A group of us were staying at Y Porth hotel. Rooms are basic but everything works and great showers. We were so well looked after by the amazing staff. Food was great value and brilliant quality. Nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to others.
