Came to costa with my son tonight and waited ten minutes in line with out even being acknowledged while he stocked the fridges with milk was also people behind me waiting to be served also then rudely asked what we wanted then went to pay with a gift card and was rudely told that I couldn’t use it here all in all horrible service and the drinks were mediocre safe to say I will not be coming her again maybe hire some staff that know how to have manners!!!!!!!

This is my local Costa. I mostly use the drive through (maybe twice a week), but go in maybe once every couple of months. Professional, friendly and courteous staff. Never had an order wrong unlike the place nearby with the golden M!! Sometimes the sausages in the bap are overcooked and inedible. The cafe and toilets are clean.

Good coffee, but never know when they are open. Says 8am Google but they are never open that early! Be lucky if it's 9.30am.\\nHad a few people waiting outside a while ago and they said they will be open at 10.15! Please update your opening hours.
Lovely hot smokey coffee with a naughty treat on the side, but this time had a toasties as well. This is a lovely.costa with fast service and very kind and friendly staff. A good experience,.worth the higher price tag.

They can't get a basic cup of tea right! First I ask for no milk..my tea has milk, yet they ask.."did you actually ask for no milk?" Then half a cup of water as they have to leave room for milk!! Young girl so full of her own importance. Customer service isn't the best here normally. We will be taking our customers to Starbucks after today.

Stoped here for a coffee this afternoon. Customer service is never great here, today it went to another level and the worst yet! I was served by a very rude lady with the fullness of bad attitude and self importance. Not my fault that their track and trace doesn’t work and that the Costa WiFi is useless! Don’t take it out on the customers and stop treating customers with zero respect. The whole covid rules and regulations has gone to their heads. For the record lady, I know what the rules are! Costa sort your staff out. Thanks a lot.
