Sunday Carvey - spot on home cooked food - large selection of vegetables - deserts looked amazing too, unable to try due to generous portions of Sunday Roast - will visit again when next in area

The Bridge

Customer service at The Bridge was very good indeed, really friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was also excellent and everybody in our party commented that they really enjoyed it (main course and dessert). I would happily eat there again.

The Halfway Pub & Dining

Party of 17 for my mothers 60th. Everything was brilliant, food orders were taken as a pre-order and services went without a hitch. My nephew was being a little fussy as kids can be around the cheese grated over his pasta, was offered another to be made without the cheese (we didn't take it but the offer was appreciated). Food was lovely and overall everyone had a good night.

One of the party uses a wheelchair and the ramp for access in was brought promptly and made sure that the night went ahead with no fuss and everyone just got to enjoy.

AJ's Tavern

Highly recommend.... food spot on massive mixed grill cooked to perfection. Probably best one in llanelli. My fathers 60th all food arrived together for me that's a big deal nothing worse than food arriving separately. Table of 12 100 percent will be back .

Ate outside in the beer garden lovely evening all round. Service was great staff very attentive 10 out of 10

If you have not been here I suggest you give it a go it won't disappoint

St.Elli's Bay

We had a much needed coffee from the ice-cream bar. Staff were friendly, the coffee was delicious. If it hadn't been blowing an absolute gale we would have tried one of their gelatos, they looked amazing.

Marzano's

Something a bit different tonight. Portuguese night. Both had peri peri chicken, with chips and side salad which was gorgeous. Another side was homemade Portuguese garlic bread. Omg. Best we have ever had.
More special nights coming up. Well worth trying them.

Lovely warm pub on a winters afternoon typical pub grub with that extra star. Tidy prices and nice cozy atmosphere. Radio ok and tvs dotted around toilets very accessible and staff very kind food was fast enough and overall very happy

The Royal Oak Inn

Only been open a few months, and as we had just moved here about the same time, seems a good fit. They also are the nearest to us that serves beer from the FelinFoel brewery.

The Lewis Arms

One of the best meals we have ever had. Chips are better than any chip shop I've been to also a good piece of gammon with the perfect fried egg. I can't believe I've never gone here before. Two meals for £12 not worth cooking tea at home for that price and the portions are very generous

Pepinos Pizza

The best takeaway in Llanelli. Seriously this place is spot on, the food is stunning, the staff are great and collection is always super fast!

I never go anywhere else for breakfast! The food is great and freshly prepared and not greasy like in other places. Staff are always friendly and polite, and they are always keeping things clean and tidy which keeps me returning.

Called in on the way home from shopping, best fish I've had in a long time,drove hone and the batter was still crispy. Staff are super friendly, must say a big well done to Faith rushed off her feet and smiled all the time. Will defo call again

Great visit. Food was lovely.
Outstanding service from waiter Cameron. Took on board all our changes especially with my mum having special diet requirements.
He was very helpful, patient, polite and accommodating.

New Stepney

We don't go out very often but one of our favourite places is The New Stepney. Why?. A man that works there works so hard and he has a lovely personality. Can't put your name down . Jerome?.

Tafarn Morlais

3 of us visited Saturday evening and had a fantastic meal. The restaurant was calm and relaxing and we were served by very friendly and polite personnel. The food served was of a very high standard, with all cooked perfectly and all freshly made. The chef absolutely knows his stuff and whilst all meals were fantastic, the fish / prawn pasta was exceptional. Can't wait to return l.

Trubshaws Restaurant Steakhouse & Grill

We were a group of 9, there was a wedding going on at the same time. We all ordered totally different things, all arrived together well cooked and timely. So no issues with the kitchen not coping, well done!Not one of our party had a bad thing to say about the food, all said it was really good. Great service, there was always a member of staff to hand. The restaurant looks like it's recently been done up, so it's quite slick. The house wines didn't disappoint either. It all made for a very pleasant evening. I can't think of anywhere else nearby that could match this for quality and service. The burger was described as fantastic and the venison pie was spot on.

An excellent restaurant. Amazing food. Friendly polite staff. Even the building is special and has a great feel. We had a family meal for 4 for a 12th birthday treat and our boys loved it and managed to polish off a 16oz steak! Highly recommended.

I'm so thrilled that I came here. The service is friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Generous portions and freshly cooked. The Duck in orange sauce was one of the best I've ever tasted.

Hands down the best best Indian take away in town. Joel and his team are brilliant and his food is amazing. We order at least twice a week and even on the very rare occasion something isn’t quite right they sort it without fuss. As far as take away businesses go they have it nailed. You won’t be disappointed

Considering the sheer quality and value, any further hesitation about where to turn for comfort food has vanished: I will definitely be ordering again, and likely very soon.

A great curry! Choice and variety is excellent. Flavours and spice levels are impressive. We used the f delivery option last night for the first time- timing was as promised and food was piping hot. Very lucky to have such a good curry house so close. Pictures is the stunning Lamb Jalfreizi and Keema Rice..... The peshwari Naan didn't make the picture ?. Highly recommend!

Golden Star

Just had yet another excellent meal from the Golden Star. In over 5 years of calling there, I have never had a single complaint about the food, and the staff and service have always been exemplary. Definitely the best in town.

Tafarn Y Phoenix

A lovely lunch out! Staff were welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We all enjoyed our food and catered for for gluten free and lactose free also. Definitely be back when in the area again.

South Star Cafe

Absolutely stunning breakfast!!! I visited here whilst working in the area doing tree work in Llanelli, we where soaked to the skin and fancied a nice breakfast, I can honestly say this is one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had really good quality bacon, sausages and eggs, i went cor a big breakfast and it was stunning and very cheap too, I’ll definitely be back keep doing awesome food!!!

Oh my god!!!!!! As the name suggests best pizza and kebab…. They really mean it….?The food quality is really very amazing Specially Pizza♥️and the staff behaviour is also really friendly. Compare to everyone the prise is really bargain for Quality food. I’ll come back again.

The Sandpiper Brewers Fayre

We had a fantastic meal at The Sandpiper on Saturday, 1st November, celebrating my grandmother’s 85th birthday with twelve of us in the group.\n\nThe food was delicious, the atmosphere warm, and the service outstanding — every member of staff was so attentive and friendly.\n\nA special thank-you to Aaron, the manager behind the bar, who made the evening even more memorable once he heard what we were celebrating.\n\nWe couldn’t have asked for a better night. Thank you to Aaron and the whole Sandpiper team for helping us create such a wonderful family memory.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visits here recently.
Coffee is good & had a lovely granola bowl.
Bit frustrating not open on a Sunday as I think families would use it post the junior parkrun.

So glad we found this place through a google search, Such a cosy little spot with a really welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent so attentive and friendly, and they went above and beyond to take my mum’s dietary requirements seriously. As she can’t have salt, they double checked the ingredients to make sure everything was suitable which we really appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious, tasted so fresh and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Food fantastic for the price , service spot on... one downfall can see it being intimatadting for young couples or groups of girls to enter through a bar full of men to go for a meal . Maybe make the restraunt entrance from the side door .. just a suggestion apart from that lovely experience all round . Would recommend

What a fine gem! I didn't realised this cafe is here, been living in Llanelli for 24 years. I didn't know this exist. I highly recommend especially you ate in the area and waiting for your train.

BEST INDIAN IN LLANELLI!

You Can tell the food they prepare is fresh, great flavours (I had the beef dansak) it was gorgeous and very tender meat. The Cheese Nan was perfect also.
If your looking for the best indian in llanelli you need too get down too Eastern Eye!
Parking wasn't issue plenty of space in the open car park!

Fab dinner and coffee at Henley’s today! Sharon is super friendly and even made the time to sit with us and have cwtches with my 6 month old so I could eat my food! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a local spot to eat. Thank you!

By far the best cafe in Llanelli, breakfast, lunch, or a dinner the service is always great. The food is excellent and served in a timely fashion, a good selection of food and drinks is available. Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a food break in Llanelli Town centre.

Had an excellent lunch in Avo today. Order taken at the table. The king prawn and chorizo in a tomato sauce and the vegetable cawl were very, very good. That and two pots of tea came to a reasonable £22. More pretentious places in the area would charge £28 plus for the same.

Pavilion Cafe

I am 9 years old and I really enjoyed the food here! This nice little place has it all! The chicken nuggets were delicious, the chips were scrumptious, and the staff were extremely nice! If I could, I would rate it 6 stars!

Migel’s Fish Bar

Went for the Home-Made steak and ale pie with chips and a portion of gravy. Pie was a foil tray of meat and gravy with a pastry lid - filling was moist and tasty, pastry was cooked and flaky, great. Chips were well-cooked and stayed crispy!! Gravy was hot, good consistency, and tasty. A lovely meal?.

Family-friendly atmosphere, welcoming service, generous portions, and genuinely healthy, nutritious choices! The boiled potatoes were excellent, and the ham was thick and juicy.

Jenkins Bakery

I recently ordered a birthday cake for my son from here. The system was all new however they dealt with it really well, we're extremely helpful throughout including my several phone calls.
I also contacted the main hub in Trostre who would be making my cake and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had the design I needed.
The cake was absolutely delicious, light, fluffy and not too sweet.
I'm very pleased with my purchase and will use them in the future it was delicious simply delicious.

Taste Of Thailand Llanelli

I really like the food here. It's very tasty, and the portions are a generous size, and excellent value. I usually have a vegan version of vegetable noodles - there's a good variety of different types of vegetables which are always very fresh and cooked perfectly (never over cooked). The staff are always welcoming and friendly.

My husband went to this chippy last night for the first time. Proper chips, lovely fish! And burger and the gravy is really nice and enjoyed it so much We went back today for chips and gravy for our lunch and my husband said the people who work there couldn’t be any nicer

The York Palace - JD Wetherspoon

Great place. Converted cinema had a lot of character.
We had breakfast there. Eggs Benedict were at good standard ?. All nice things about Wetherspoon were present...5 stars.

Costa Coffee

This is my local Costa. I mostly use the drive through (maybe twice a week), but go in maybe once every couple of months. Professional, friendly and courteous staff. Never had an order wrong unlike the place nearby with the golden M!! Sometimes the sausages in the bap are overcooked and inedible. The cafe and toilets are clean.

Been here several times now and every time got lovely cod and chips. The lady serving was very pleasant too. Would recommend this place happily and will definitely be going back ?

MR CHIPS

Good portion size, pies and mushy peas were also great, the staff were friendly and polite.
There was a short wait but I like that, it's a sign of a good chip shop.
I'll definitely be back again.

First time ordering from here via just eat, definitely not the last. The food arrived hot and on time. The Donner was good, the chicken shish was amazing and cooked perfectly as were the chips. Portions were extremely generous too. Looking forward to trying the pizzas.

Avenue Fish Bar

Although I’ve never had any problems with this chip shop for the past 20 years and the food has always been amazing !! The new owners have decided to be a cash only establishment this needs to change as not all of us can afford the £3 charge (from the atm outside ) and also possible future intrest rates for using credit card for cash ….it is also the 21st century and not everyone Carries cash anymore

Crisp & Fry Cross Hands

A lovely fish and chip shop and cafe. First time we'd stopped here and it may not be the last. The chips appear home cut and we're excellently and freshly cooked. The seating is comfortable.

Indian Bites Takeaway

Went in to order, nice & polite, food was ready in 20 mins brought it out to the car for me. Have to say this is the nicest Indian food we’ve had here since I moved here 8 years ago from London. Will only eat from here now…
