Nice atmosphere - lovely food and drinks. Bit pricy (but it is Costa!) Unfortunately a lot of the menu was unavailable when we visited. Staff were quite rude.

Nice and light with wide windows to keep an eye on the car.Next to the shops if your popping around for a shopping trip.Always lots of parking space here.May be a small wait depending how busy it I'd here, but service is normally good in this branch.Does have the option to pre-order to pick up via the app. No drive thru in this branch.

I nice Costa Coffee in Pemberton Retail Park, good customer service and clean seating areas. Can get busy during the day time but you should be able to find a seat if your sitting in.Parking: Parking part of the retail park, plenty of spaces.

I visited with a friend to get a coffee and we stood at the counter for 5 mins in a queue with 2 people ahead of us. There wasn't a staff member in sight. The two people ahead of us said they hadn't seen a member of staff since they came in so my friend went to look out the back area. A female and two males were stood out there having a chat. I guess they'd decided that since the drive thru wasn't busy they could just hide out the back.

I love Costa in general terms but I can honestly say that this particular place is going down hill fast, in terms of food offering, staff and surroundings.I visited today at 2:15 and, lo and behold, there was no hot food available, not even a slice of toast!!! There was a very limited choice of sandwiches, either egg or prawn mayo and one solitary all day breakfast!! When myself and another customer commented on the decided lack of food on offer, we were met with a response from a staff member that can only be described as an 'unconcerned shrug'.I have noticed the decline of this Costa over the last 6 months and,after the events of today, I can honestly say I will not be visiting again. I will, instead go to the new Costa which has opened by Aldi, where, at the very least, the staff are far more helpful and friendly.

Staff were great , but it's to busy .I'm aware of pulse times but when I was there tables and chairs dirty and piled up . Would not go again. Coffee and food great.Service very slow due to it being so busy.Get more staff.
