Asked for a cheese and tomato pizza. Received a hard bread roll with tomato puree and no cheese. Customer service quick to reply but not to my satisfaction, they required details of when, where, where the pizza was taken from etc. Standard of this bakery has deteriorated over the last few years. Due to this and unsatisfactory customer care, I shall just visit Greggs in future and refrain from Jenkins.

Today 22nd June we visited the bakery in The Avenue, llwynhendy, llanelli. As I was giving my order I was taken ill at the counter. Within seconds I was offered water and helped to the seating area. Staff are always welcoming here. I would like to especially thank the staff member who took control of the situation, she didn't panic, she put my husband and I at ease. In fact she was brilliant. Thank you, you went above and beyond what we could have expected. The food was fresh, well displayed and shop very clean.

A basic pasty and cake place that's better than Greggs. Its difficult to know what's on offer in a meal deal and eating in is a significant mark up on takeout's. I would have liked a sweet and savoury pastries but didn't notice the sweet. The standard was average nothing stood out its next to the bus stops so is handy. Its much better than Greggs.

Really disappointed with the Quality of the cake. The "rugby ball and boots" look like a child has made them and according to the store that's the quality they always produce. I've had a rugby ball cake before and it looked nothing like that. It was ridiculous basic and they informed me that they couldn't do anything about it because there was no bakers on shift. They did provide a tiny discount but doesn't take away from the fact I had to personally fix the cake to make it suitable for a 60th birthday.

Moody member of staff and pizza was stone cold, fruit pancake would be better if it was warm.

Not one to complain, I visit the Trostre branch several times a week. I mentioned to the store Manager today that on my last visit, one of the loaves of bread was un edible due to a large air pocket inside. Basically a large hole. I was made to feel like a liar, and then noticed with this weekends purchase, one was rejected for this same reason when sliced. The Customer service is appalling! I was asked why I hadn't taken the loaf back on the day of purchase and explained that it hadn't been needed on that day, I strongly recommend that the said person is given further training on what is acceptable customer service.

First of all, the friendliest staff. Delicious desserts and tasty coffee. Fresh sandwiches and paninis. Clean place with cozy interior. Good for small companies. Would recommend visiting if you’re looking for a quick snack or drink.

Lovely friendly welcoming smiley staff especially a nice lady called Denise, nothing too much trouble their toast is lovely thick slices and heavenly with butter & marmalade (why doesn't it taste the same at home when I do it!) Nice clean place, tables regularly cleared & cleaned and even brought to your table, had a Christmas roll ( a special thank you to a young man called Jake) it was awesome before going to the pictures. Would highly recommend. A heartfelt thank you. Liz & Bob :-)

We live in the USA & visit family in Llanelli as often as possible! Jenkins is ALWAYS a destination stop. You MUST try their Chicken Tikka! Super flaky crusts, tasty fillings.
