Crazy place, food lovely like usual but particularly quite cold from this Jenkins, some staff lovely but others are so cold and talk to you so bluntly and cold when you ask them questions, not sure i enjoy going hereVegetarian options: Sometimes has more vegetarian options than others, rather unpredictable. Very slight selection overallParking: difficult to find nearbyWheelchair accessibility: No

Jenkins is a West Wales institution and has been around for over 100 years. That in itself tells you how much it is enjoyed. The staff are friendly here and the products maintain the high standards associated with the company.

Asked for a cheese and tomato pizza. Received a hard bread roll with tomato puree and no cheese. Customer service quick to reply but not to my satisfaction, they required details of when, where, where the pizza was taken from etc. Standard of this bakery has deteriorated over the last few years. Due to this and unsatisfactory customer care, I shall just visit Greggs in future and refrain from Jenkins.

Today 22nd June we visited the bakery in The Avenue, llwynhendy, llanelli. As I was giving my order I was taken ill at the counter. Within seconds I was offered water and helped to the seating area. Staff are always welcoming here. I would like to especially thank the staff member who took control of the situation, she didn't panic, she put my husband and I at ease. In fact she was brilliant. Thank you, you went above and beyond what we could have expected. The food was fresh, well displayed and shop very clean.

This is the original Jenkins. So the historical home of this iconic range of bakery shops. You have not lived till you have had a famous Mrs Jenkins bakery item.

A basic pasty and cake place that's better than Greggs. Its difficult to know what's on offer in a meal deal and eating in is a significant mark up on takeout's. I would have liked a sweet and savoury pastries but didn't notice the sweet. The standard was average nothing stood out its next to the bus stops so is handy. Its much better than Greggs.

A lovely bakery. The new chocolate doughnut with dark cherry is the best. Great staff.

Not one to complain, I visit the Trostre branch several times a week. I mentioned to the store Manager today that on my last visit, one of the loaves of bread was un edible due to a large air pocket inside. Basically a large hole. I was made to feel like a liar, and then noticed with this weekends purchase, one was rejected for this same reason when sliced. The Customer service is appalling! I was asked why I hadn't taken the loaf back on the day of purchase and explained that it hadn't been needed on that day, I strongly recommend that the said person is given further training on what is acceptable customer service.

No matter which bakery I visit there is always a good selection to choose from, but it is a case of first come first served. Once somthing has run out, you're left with whatever is on display
