Be CARE FULL ordering pizza from here the boy who works there called CODRIN his personal hygiene is the poorest I’ve come across he was also sacked from his last job due personal hygiene.Just hope he not the one making your pizza as I don’t think he ever washed his hands and comes into work stinking ?

Ordered via Just Eat. Food never arrived. No answer from the restaurant when I called to chase the order. Received a text to say that my order was cancelled an hour after it should have arrived. No explanation provided. Awful service. Will not order again.

Bit late writing this review. Ordered a pizza and 3 sides last week, advertised as ten pieces per box for the sides, and they only came with 8. 20% less for the same price. Absolute rip off. Tried phoning and couldn't get through, was waiting on the phone about 15 minutes in total. On top of that, the poor portions we did receive were ice cold and I'm pretty sure the Jalapeño bites weren't cooked properly.

Waited three hours, called the shop twice in that time, only to find out my order was cancelled without notifying me - after I'd been charged. No manager bothered to cover so staff left to scramble to explain. Had items missing from my order before and squashed or leaking sauces - wouldn't order here

I recently made an order for collection, after an hour I hadn't received anything to say my order was ready. I called the store several times but no answer. An hour and 10 minutes after ordering I received an email saying my order was cancelled with no explanation. Still they wouldn't answer the phone. I drove down there and went inside. There was one female staff member stood in the corner and another customer waiting. I stood there for a few minutes discussing the awful service with the other customer and the staff member just stood in the corner with her back to us and didn't come over. Eventually I called her over and she explained there wasn't enough staff and she couldn't get hold of her manager. I felt sorry for her and just went home. A few days later I received a refund. A few weeks later I ordered again for collection. After a few minutes they called to tell me they didn't have one of the sides I ordered. I didn't want another side and so the staff member said I'd receive a refund. A week later I hadn't received anything so I called the store several times until eventually someone answers. They say they can't put a refund through but the manager would call Mr back the following day. The next day no one calls me and I call the store and ask for the manager. The girl hesitates for a while and then says the manager isn't there and she will ask them to call me back. 2 weeks later and I still can't seem to get my refund. Will not be eating here again!

Rip off merchants! They phone to say items aren't available when you've ordered online and agree a refund. No refund comes. You call and the manager is always going to be there tomorrow! No manager ever calls back. Refund never received! Another time a collection order was left pending for hours... Go down to the store and there's only one staff member hiding who says she's the only one there and she can't turn off the online orders because there's no manager! Refund took days to come through for that but at least that one came! Avoid!

a few times the pizza was delicious, but what I got today, I won't call it pizza ... isn't the person who prepared it drunk for sure ?? The pizzas were delivered after almost 2 hours, it was literally cold, the bottom of the pizza was thick and hard, which was also noticed by the staff, as you can see they had problems with dividing them into pieces. and finally, this is the bbq chicken classic pizza, but the bbq sauce has been forgotten this time ? and that the basic sauces were supposed to be the usual, not their garlic special, and I just didn't get the bought sauces. I could make a claim, but the fact that it is almost 11 pm, because I have waited so long for it and I have to make dinner myself and go to sleep because I work for the morning shift

We collected last night as the delivery service was unavailable. We normaly use another well know pizza company but we thought we would give Papa John's ago this time. We'll we have converted.. What an amazing selection of pizzas, polite service, quick and the pizza was so tasty. 100% our new pizza place. Thank you Papa John's Llanelli. ??

Food never turned up, phone not answered. Drove to shop, 2 members of staff completely frazzled and near to tears, shift manager and driver not showed up. The 2 members of staff trying and failing to keep things going amongst a barrage of angry customers not getting there orders.I felt really sorry for them. It wasn't there fault.Really poor service, both to customers and staff, Papa John's ?

Ordered 5 large pizzas online at 5.45pm for pick up at 6.45pm. Got there on time to be told "another 20 minutes". Went back 20 minutes later, told pizzas would be "about another 40 minutes"! In the meantime, orders were being filled for deliveroo drivers who were in and out whilst my order still hadn't been started. On complaining that this was not acceptable, was threatened with the police being called!! Told them to forget my order and give me a refund, but it seems they are unable to do this and I will have to apply on line and it "should be refunded in about 5 days"

Absolutely horric pizzas from there, first pizza I couldn't even pick up off the box without losing my precious toppings but then the replacement had the wrong stuff? these jobs surely can't be this hard get your act together Papa John's.
