The staff working the evening we visited Pizza Hut were excellent, particularly the young lady that served us that evening, very polite and helpful, without rushing us, despite there being very few customers in, we were the only customers left in the end ans despite that, the staff let us take our time - will defo visit here again soon.

If you can't drive elsewhere then this is a convenient place to eat due to its location in the retail park. This one looks tired and aged and in need of updating. They seem to be operating with fewer staff and doing more jobs between them. Ordering from the qr code removes that welcoming atmosphere that used to make it feel a bit special to eat out.The pizza is ok but the salad bar just feels like you are in a canteen, it doesn't look great and the options are limited.The toilets really need modernising.I definitely didn't feel like what I spent was worth it for the experience as a whole.I used to love pizza hut, shame really.

Pizza buffet was lovely and very fairly priced. Menu otherwise is quite expensive. Waitress made it quite apparent that if we didn't order from the app then it would of been a burden to her and was quite miserable even when we used the app. Atmosphere of the place was somewhat like a ghost town which is a shame for a childhood favourite restaurant.

Visited today for 4 adult buffets and the kids’ meal deal - really good value, food was hot and delicious (the creamy pasta is especially yummy!). All enjoyed the ice cream afterwards, bottomless drinks a bonus too. Friendly staff & a nice touch giving colouring kit to the kids while they wait!Kid-friendliness: Perfect for kids of all ages!

Service was awful. Took you to a table asked if any allergies and that was it. Bought glasses over and never saw anyone again. Help yourself to the buffet and salad and pizza, no labels on Anything to say what they were, especially for people with allergies. They asked when they took you to the table and that was it, what was the point in that. Was very disappointed and certainly won't go again ot recommend. What happened to old fashion service and a smile. Why would you want to leave a tip on their app when you don't see anyone . ?

This place was a terrible experience. It was poorly managed, the staff were incompetent and very rude, and hygiene was lacking. During my visit, I followed the requirement to wait by the door to be seated. I was waiting 10 minutes with my three young children, only to be ignored by passing staff members. When I finally approached a staff member politely to ask if we could be seated, she defensively replied, "wait there." I explained that we had already been waiting for 10 minutes, and my young children were becoming frustrated, but she responded with, "we are understaffed," without any apology or assistance.I pointed out that this was not really helpful or my concern as a customer; it was an issue for Pizza Hut. Her response was incredibly rude and aggressive, as she said, "it's not my concern either," which was obviously untrue. I could see that she was becoming increasingly hostile, so I decided to walk away. Later, she returned and claimed there were no available tables, even though there were three empty tables in the restaurant. It was evident that she was trying to be spiteful to a family with three young children, for reasons unknown. If she dislikes her job, she should consider working elsewhere, but given her rudeness and lack of professionalism, it's doubtful anyone else would want to employ her.Finally, I witnessed a piece of pizza on the floor being placed back on the buffet by another staff member, which was the last straw for me. I promptly took my children to another restaurant with excellent customer service and hygiene standards. I will never return to Pizza Hut, and I strongly advise others to do the same.

The cookie dough is very sweet...and I like sweet things.Service was slow, and it was not overly busy. Considering the restaurant is cashless and most ordering is done via your own phone, it's not clear why the service is slow.The restaurant can sometimes be quite cold due to air conditioning. However, during this particular visit, it was a very hot day and was greatly appreciated.Parking: Lots of parking nearby, blue badge spaces outside door.Wheelchair accessibility: Seats available on ground level for wheelchair users.
