Great location for where we needed to be. Friendly staff at reception. Room larger than expected, clean, powerful shower. Only thing that let it down was not having any decaf tea or coffee in room.

Quick stay so I can't really give a detailed review but the staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. The rooms were clean and the bed was great.

Premier Inn staff were very helpful although the hotel building is old + in need of some TLC.Also we'd booked an accessible room,that's not what we got.Bathroom was very small + high side on bath made it very difficult for my partner to get in + out of shower.Also no assistance rails.The flooring was also lifting around the toilet where it hadn't been fitted correctly.Tv remote didn't always change channels.The staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could extent our stay by 1 night.The Beefeater nxt door was very good for breakfast and evening meal with lovely staff + great food.

Our first time at this Premier Inn. We stayed here for three nights and two days (7-10 Dec) and found the inn wonderful. Visiting for family birthday celebrations and the location was so convenient as well as being well placed for local shops/retail etc.The room was clean and comfortable with everything that we would need and staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Asking for the use of an iron and ironing board was no problem and immediately dealt with.We had breakfasts and other meals at the adjoining Beefeater and found everyone there equally pleasant and helpful. The Reception team were very helpful and when they heard I was celebrating my 60th they left a drink and chocolate treat to help me celebrate - a very appreciated. the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable, there was a good choice for breakfast at the the bar was friendly
