Love staying here staff are so friendly and helpful. Pity i can't say the same about the restaurant staff ! Although the younger staff in the restaurant are much more helpful that the older ones ? you would think it would be the older ones but hell they are misable. Good on ya the younger staff so polite and helpfulFood & drinks: Give the food 5/10

I stay in Premier Inn's at least once a week, I meet a lot of staff from reception to restaurant members and I can honestly say the team here are the loveliest, most helpful bunch there is!Fan needed in the room as windows don't open.Quiet, small hotel.Rooms: Windows don't open. Fan needed to circulate air. Had to ask reception.

Well run Premier Inn, free parking, efficient friendly check in, clean and quiet room with good air con. This hotel is quite old so the room is the most basic you’ll find and the carpet pile is very thin now but all furniture and decor was in good nick. I’d happily stay again.

You always know exactly what you are getting from Premier Inn, and they always deliver. Staff are always amicable and helpful, rooms always tidy and the bed usually one of the best. Only wish they could do a walk in shower rather than one in the bath.

Good hotel - standard Premier Inn standards with spacious and clean rooms and friendly staff. Air conditioning which was good during a humid night stay Breakfast was standard - cooked to order rather than buffet in restaurant next door (Brewers Fayre) Our room was close to an extractor fan near the restaurant so was a little noisy but still stop after 10pm Although the receptionist couldn’t do much about it as there were no spare rooms, she was very polite and helpful and did investigate the problem. So all credit to her (unfortunately I cannot remember her name)
Very good hotel and exceptional staff. Very good food in Brewers fair. And a fantastic place for a base camp for work or pleasure.The rooms were very clean and tidy.the shower was very powerful.The welsh people are very warming and friendly.

The staff go out of their way to make you feel like you're at a home away from home, nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, so friendly always greeted with a smile, plus the night staff were very helpful.

Perfect location for 1 night stop over as a family of 3, before checking into our holiday cottage. We had a lovely stay. Staff very friendly & helpful. It's a smaller Premier Inn, which was the deciding factor, as less noise in general. Would highly recommend..

Over priced. General staff slack and undisciplined. With exception on Tue night the lady in charge at Sandpiper was very polite and helpful - obviously well trained. The hotel guests were at a disadvantage because the hotel has no bar - that facility being the adjacent Sandpiper restaurant.
