First time here at shire coffee and definitely not my last. My wife told me about this place via Facebook and it did not disappoint, from the atmosphere to the great tasting coffee it was a delight. The lovely ladies inside even entertained my son with paper and colouring pencils which was a nice touch. If I did have to give any criticism it would be that I ordered a breakfast brioche which was meant to contain streaky bacon which is considered crispy....which it was not (very stringy ??). But don't take that as much of a negative as I just like a good moan hahaha. Love this place and will definitely be back. Oh and good value for money too. Enjoyed my French toast with maple syrup and Welsh bacon. Lovely little cafe bistro. Nice attentive staff greatly appreciated. Cosy atmosphere and very authentic surroundings. Alot of effort has gone into creating this eating establishment. Well done.

The cheapest nastiest sausage on a breakfast, noticed they give you a different menu when dining there to the one posted on line as that says pork & leek. I was served a cheap nasty 'greasy spoon caff ' sausage with my breakfast. Just horrible, and they've got the audacity to charge £ 13 for it !!!!!

The best place for coffee in all Llanelli, anyone into their coffee needs to go. Staff are lovely with a relaxed atmosphere and the food is done to a really high standard ? I can only say good things about this place!

Best cockles and laverbread (traditional Welsh delicacy) I've ever had. Cooked with bacon and chillies and served on sourdough bread. Mae hi'n blasus iawn, wel lwsh!

This is probably THE place in Llanelli for a quality coffee enthusiast, but they will find it just a tad not enough.The shots in the milky drinks we ordered tasted rather bitter, so much so that I thought it was a dark roast, but the beans in the hopper didn't look dark, so something had gone wrong with the extraction. The barista seemed confused about the difference between a caffè latte and a latte macchiato, so while this place is definitely an upgrade from your Costa, it's not quite 'speciality coffee' level of expertise. Milk was steamed to a decent standard. Lastly, while the staff was professional enough in manner, they could be a tiny bit friendlier; I believe it makes a world of difference at a café.All in all, pretty good but not great. I'd go there again though to try other coffees (spotted different bags of speciality beans in a display cabinet).

A nice, chilled place with a varied menu and friendly staff. The bacon was particularly delicious. We enjoyed brunch here and would recommend it.
Staff welcomed us on walking in! All staff were superb, cheerful, and helpful! Especially Caitlin who sat us down and served us our food with a smile so bright it would put the sun to shame. She was absolutely tremendous from start to finish and even came to check the food was okay. The food itself was also fantastic, with no long waits (unlike most places), and freshly cooked. We will definitely visit again and would 100% recommend to a friend. Best breakfast & staff in Llanelli, no doubt!
