Terrible customer service. Didn't ask for loyalty card, then said was too late. Asked for Babychino's was charged for regular hot chocolate. £16 for 2 adults and 2 young children for drinks only is too much.

Not the First time had a bad experience In the last year or two. Haven't been for a while but we called this morning for a coffee and toastie. After being served waiting to collect my order the food was given to me after 8 min and the customer served after me was collecting her order I asked is there 2 cappuccino coming, the girl rudely replied we only have one coffee machine working here's one slammed it down. Taken back with her attitude I should have asked for refund as our food had now gone cold but I received last cappuccino and I left. The attitude on the staff there is awful and rude. Will not be returning

Every time I go here the service is slower than a slow thing, I also ask for a mug each time which I never get, today I was told mugs were unavailable, absolutely ridiculous! Why are Starbucks contributing to waste? I hope they’re recycling all the paper cups and plastic lids, surely when people go out for a coffee they prefer a mug, come on Starbucks get a grip.

In Costa on Sunday, just over the road, and by way of comparison, you can get coffee in china cups rather than paper, and they have working toilets. The staff in Starbucks are equally polite, though.
Paid £15 for two coffees and a toastie. Absolute joke! Sat inside and still had paper cups, no mugs and no plate for the toastie. Waited long enough for it. Also no toilet available for customers and rubbish left on tables from customers that had already left a while ago. Shambles. Rather support local cafes/businesses.

Went in on Saturday for a coffee it's not looking as clean as it used to. Dirty tables and floor, even behind the counter looked as if it needed a good clean, service was OK, coffee was just plonked on counter, no one saying what it was or who's it was a bit chaotic.

Maybe if Starbucks paid better and looked after the staff they may treat the customers differently. Very expensive coffee poor service. Half the time dishwasher has packed up so paper cups. Starbucks don't give a damn about staff or customers. However, if they want to continue making their pockets fatter they need to address some of these issues.Vegetarian options: Unless you want cheese, more cheese, more ad more cheese there is nothing. Do not cater for vegans. Any vegan offering is sold out by midday
