the worst subway in llanelli, and the worst subway i’ve ever been to.staff member asked us whether the vegan ingredients were labelled V or VE. she also didn’t know what products were or were not vegan. food was absolutely awful, cold, almost no vegetables, bread ripped before even eating, what you see in the picture i’ve attached is literally what we received. none of it had been eaten.they forgot to give me my cup for a drink. gave no receipt. worked so so slow. won’t be going back.

Wont be calling in this one ever again. Service was very slow. Asked if i could change the salad in mine and she said i could only change 1 item. I said i didnt want lettuce as it looked ? and no cucumber as i dont like it. She started putting what salad i wanted then stopped to answer her mobile phone. Stood there 4 mins waiting for mine to be finished. Customers that came after me had their food ready before mine. Been the same the last few times i've called there but i always give them a chance of redemption but NO MORE.

I absolutely love subway. They have good choice for veggies. It's not cheap but tasty. Service is always busy either because it's popular or they are short staffed. Atmosphere isn't great if you want to sit in. It's small and crampedVegetarian options: I love the fact that veggies don't miss out on the protein part of subs

Slow and unresponsive staff. I got stared at like they were a pack of zombies while I was waiting to get asked if I wanted anything else with my sandwich. My partners order was incorrect twice when clearly stating what she wanted three times.

5 staff members on, dealt with 4, all untrained, rude, couldn't care less. One didn't know the menu and didn't care to ask anyone else for info; another put my order in the oven, forgot to set the timer and walked off her shift. Obviously burnt. Not great service.

Who doesn't love a good subway sandwich, they just need to update their online service, always forgetting items or don't make the order to order request that needs to change, twice I've asked for no salad due to my health condition and the food came with salad

Ordered through Deliveroo and one of the sandwiches was completely the wrong kind. Unacceptable when the receipt shows the correct food and even ticked as checked. Do better Subway to get confused over 3 sandwiches is embarrassing.
