“Fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff. Before our stay the communication was great and I’d sent a few fb asking about local taxis and where to park. I got a quick response and useful information given. George was amazing! She helped us up to our room with our many bags, nothing was too much trouble. It was my friends birthday and I asked if they could do anything- we had a card and chocolates left in the room and a muffin with a candle after breakfast with the cafe joining in to sing happy birthday. Thank you Ali in the cafe for making us feel so welcome. Room was lovely and clean. Other friends also stayed in another room and loved it. Breakfast was amazing! We all had the Welsh stack. The croquettes were so good that I got four to take home! Definitely recommend and definitely be back! Thank you team Riverbanc. ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We went yesterday afternoon as was recommended by Google. lovely interior, very warm and welcoming. Staff where great and easily approachable. Bit of a wait for food but understandable considering there was some of people inside. Food arrived well presented and hot. Absolutely delicious and the puddings went down a treat after. The view outside was awesome with a lovely gushing River Dee alongside and lovely views of properties and hills. 5 star.”
