Absolutely loved our stay here! Easy check in with presupplied codes to get through the side gate and into the rooms. The rooms were lovely; fresh, gently decorated, some lovely touches like packet of fresh coffee and cafetiere. We stayed in the family room with a bunk bed over a king bed - so much fun! the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The coffee was favourable and fresh. The decor was warm with reused wood for the furniture and the outside balcony overlooking the river was fabulous. Definitely recommend. Great location and delicious coffee.Noteworthy details: Fantastic views of the river from the balcony

Came for breakfast after we'd asked one of the shops where was best in Llangollen. They didn't lie! Proper loose tea, delicious, and a lovely veggie plate of halloumi, mushroom, tomato, leek and potato coquette, beans and avocado (substitution for egg which I don't like). One of the best café breakfasts ever, friendly, helpful staff and a great vibe, including the retro music playlist ?
