The room was bog standard, but clean, warm and comfortable so no complaints there. As for the restaurant maybe Premier Inn could suggest to Brewers Fayre who run it that customers don't appreciate air conditioning in March. The place was freezing and we had to keep thick coats on while there. Children running around like it's a playground plus lukewarm food and soggy batter on my fish not a great experience.

Room was fine, but if you need internet then forget about it! I paid for the unlimited Internet but it was absolutely useless, which is not ideal when you rely on it for work purposesRooms: Clean

Great hotel in a great location. We stayed three nights here so we could explore the local area and watch football! The premier inn was exactly as you'd expect it to be. There's plenty of food places around, a supermarket and carpark.

Perfect. Hotel very good. Accessible room superb. Staff very friendly.Rooms: Accessible room with wet room was perfect. Plenty of room for my wheelchair.
Stayed here over the weekend to visit family in Swansea, arrived after a long 5 hour journey to very welcoming and friendly reception staff. The room was spotless, modern and very comfortable. The head housekeeper Lisa made a fuss of my 4 year old son, left a note in my room along with some chocolates/sweets for him which was so kind and thoughtful he loved it, fantastic touch thank you! Will definitely stay here again on future visits.

Stayed Saturday 3rd Feb, very nice hotel great location. Darren & Wendy on reception were amazing while checking us in, nothing was too much trouble for them and they upon realising it was my sons Birthday being the reason for staying quickly arrived with a gift and snacks before we headed to our room which was also very clean and comfortable.
