i stay here every month on business and have found it be conveniently located, very clean, and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. This time round i was greeted by Ali G (yes really) she was extremely helpful and friendly along with her colleague Peter (i think his name was, sorry if i have that wrong?) but both very helpful and a credit to the Hotel.
Staying at Premier Inn in Swansea was a delightful experience. The proximity to Asda and various dining options made it convenient. The clean and cozy rooms, along with friendly staff, created a welcoming atmosphere. Finding the place was a breeze, and our room was ready upon arrival. The immaculate bathroom was a plus, although the water pressure in the shower was a bit underwhelming. Overall, a comfortable and accessible stay.
