Played here with Bus Pass. Great quirky venue for live music. Great crowd really enjoyed it. Bar staff friendly and helpful and a nice pint.

I’m not happy with the Tudor at all I was stuck on the toilet for 5mins with no toilet roll in there and there was a vape and chewing gum stuck in the urinal, absolutely absolutely dread full I will be leaving a review in the website for this message, I will send the photos as prove aswell if this website allows me

Haven't been for many years and pleasantly surprised. Had a couple of drinks, dog friendly and the prices were very reasonable compared to the other pubs in the town. Much cheaper!

I thoroughly enjoyed a hot, tasty lasagne at the Tudor Tavern yesterday. Made with Welsh black beef and loads of cheese, cooked to perfection. Served with garlic bread and nice fresh salad. Nicely presented too. The barman was friendly and so were the locals. Plus the loos were spotless. I'm looking forward to coming back next time I'm in the area.

Great ciders and the food is very reasonably priced and well presented

Loved it in there until the music went from rock to ibiza music. Food lovley but pick your nights.

Unfortunately the pub seemed understaffed when we visited - bartender was also chef but was friendly and helpful. The food, which was two panini and a baguette, was overall terrible. Chicken and bacon were dry, the ham was processed sandwich ham. The chips were good and the salad fresh (but with no dressing).

So often you see reviews on Facebook and other Social Media platforms slating establishments for their services or their prices, but seldom to you see great reports highlighting the positives. My wife and I visited both the Old White Hart and the Tudor Tavern several times over the past week (we were down for her birthday). In every visit, we received a great welcome from friendly staff. One day we even turned up at 2:35pm for lunch and they had stopped serving food (this was quite clear on all their signs) – however, the barman, “Tom”, said – "Hang on – I’ll check if we can squeeze you in" – 20 minutes later, the team having re-opened the kitchen just for us, we were served with what we wanted (and needed). We cannot express how wonderful the team is, but more importantly, how wonderful Tom has been throughout our visit. He always found time to have a quick chat with us and check up on us several times; he was amazingly courteous, accommodating and funny. I’m not sure if you they have any staff awards or appraisals, but can I say that he is was amazing though-out our visits and deserves credit for his professionalism. So thanks to the team for making our visit one we will remember, and we will be back as soon as we can, to enjoy the great hospitality.

Shame they're not doing food at the moment, there was about ten hungry chums who would have loved a meal after swim club! Very noisy juke box, we were almost the only people in the place, yet our conversation had to be shouted.
