Lovely cafe with a really friendly atmosphere - the food was good with plenty of choice. Will definitely be returning and look forward to trying more of their very tempting cakes!

This was our first time at this cafe. We went in to get a coffee and pastries. We stood for three minutes in front of the staff members at the till and neither of them even acknowledged us to say 'we'll be with you in one moment', 'hello' or 'bear with us a second' or some other polite acknowledgement. They walked past us multiple times so whilst we were there. It's a shame because it would have been nice to support a local cafe, but we left after the lack of politeness. I hope they improve this aspect of their service.

Had a very nice cup of tea, jacket potato and spicy pasty (I was hungry!). Came with great service too. Would recommend.

Ok....love a nice people watching spot and this ticked the box.. but whilst looking out of the cafe window, could see dead flies and insects and the place basically was dirty.. all round the door and window seats...food was not great, service not great... I appreciate it is hot and insects will come in but come on guys...sweep it up and clean daily....the dirt by the door had been there a while.. back to basics I think is what is needed....had cheese and ham baguette.. ham was that pre packed stuff and cheese was tasteless....Vegetarian options: Dead flies no charge

What a find .In a town short of decent places to eat apart from the very cafe basics.Amazing lunch , probably some of the finest bread we have tasted. This baker certainly knows what’s she’s doing .Vegetarian options: Great selection of cheeses and vege optionsKid-friendliness: Friendly atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: Had a stair lift to upper seating areaDietary restrictions: Gluten free options , all food prepared great on the premises

This is a lovely place - staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent but in particular the lattes were spot on and my daughter had a very yummy pizza. I would definitely recommend.

Not the best. Waited nearly 30 minutes for two sandwiches and two hot drinks. Coffee was awful and overcharged for the roll. Wish we had gone to the chip shop up the road.

Lovely little stop off for a pasty and sausage roll with our 4 month labrador. Really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Easily enjoyable if you want to watch the world go by with a coffee and a book.

Warm friendly service, had a cappuccino & Cornish pasty. Lovely coffee, Cornish pasty was tasty but the filling wasn’t very “filling”. Would recommend and go back though.

Brilliant place! We went in for a pastry and drink (the chai latte was delicious) and ended up buying takeaway baguettes there for a picnic. Fantastic food and lovely staff! We will be back :-)
