Orderd food from here twice on foid hub, each time "the restaurant has cancelled your order" food sounds delicious, just a shame you can't get it delivered

Ordered for delivery , unfortunately the food needed reheating, was very greasy and some wasn’t edible. This may have been a timing issue as it was 45 minutes late- the original timescale was an hour, with that and the cost of the food we were very unimpressed. We may try visiting in person to give it another try but for now a 2 star is being generous.

Had a horrible day, the wife suggested we go out for a meal.... all i can say is WOW!? ? ? ? . I've not had a hot dog like the Brock dog in years! What a delectable treat!?They say good food brings good mood. I entered the premises feeling terrible and left with a smile from ear to ear. Will definitely recommend and suggest to friends . Staff member Ffion was lovely. And my wife was thoroughly impressed with the big pit master burger. 10/10 for presentation, portion size , price and taste ? can't wait to try the ribs ? ?

A bit of a wait, but for 9 people, we were seated quickly and the food was warm and tasty. The cajun fries are extremely well seasoned and obviously recently fried. Overall, I had a really great time, definitely coming back sometime.

Burger and Chips were stone cold when they were delivered. Chips tasted burnt. Forgot my sauces. Wouldn’t have takeaway again.

Walked in+asked them if they could sit 16 of us! Already people on 2 tables+a table of 16 booked. They pushed tables together for us. Had a wait cos others had booked but we didn't mind. Had a drink anyway. Nice pint. Nice drinks. Staff were brilliant! And the food was worth the wait. Everyone had different things. Me, Mam+my friend shared 3 different dishes. Every single person loved their food. It was amazing! We also them to put Christmas music on. They did. The staff could not have been nicer + accommodating. We all said we're going back again. Fantastic! Thank you so much guys for looking after us all. You smashed it! ??✌️♥️

Came in tonight, last minute with a group of about 11 people eating. There was a bit of wait for food, but the poor girl was on her own in the kitchen, working as fast as she can. Dont let this put you off. Food was out of this world. Not one complaint off any one of us, not one scrap of food left on the plates! From a range of fish, ribs, bbq chicken, burger, hotdog, nachos, chicken wings, and garlic bread. Everything looked amazing! Really good portions, really good service. The lady behind the bar and the lady waiting on us, we couldn't fault them. They were lovely and attentive. Couldn't fault the evening! I will deffiently be back soon!

Called in for the first time, for breakfast, and it was lovely, actually went back for a second round x. The service was ok, the girls nice enough...would recommend ? x.

Original order - 29/7 placed via Foodhub. Food was of a good standard, took a while to arrive but it was a Saturday so that's to be expected.When the food was delivered there was an item missing. We phone immediately and were informed they would send it back out. After nearly 2 hours, still no delivery so phoned to cancel. They apologised, said it had been mental. They offered to refund the item AND send it FOC with our next order.Next order - 30/8 placed via Foobhub. Requested the FOC item with our order. Order arrived without the FOC item and as of yet, still no refund.For obvious reasons we won't be ordering again.
