The female driver is amazing she is so friendly it’s unreal but the male driver that has a woman in the car i don't like him he tried charging me a extra £1 on my delivery if you order ask for the female driver to deliver

Food was phenomenal, delivery within 40 minutes. We ordered the Meat Dupiaza and Chicken and Mushroom Bhalti for mains amongst the likes of; poppadoms, bhajis, chutney tray etc, and the quality was very good. Tender meat, and full of flavour. Thank you Taste of India, delicious!

Tesco Cafe

A very nice improvement on what was once there. Bigger, more tables and chairs, a larger menu of food and drink.

You have to order on screens, which I know some people hate, but it's fairly easy to use. You can use your clubcard to collect points and pay via card or cash.

Prices for food are fair but a cold canned drink was expensive - and it wasn't what I ordered because it was out of stock. There wasn't a particularly long wait for the food to be served. Drinks (can of Sprite and tea) were brought out first.

The was lovely - a chicken burger with seasoned chips, lettuce, with mayo and BBQ sauce. However, I was only given the on-screen option to remove the sauces (both), whereas I would have removed one and kept the other. Perhaps there need to be a bit more clarity in what you want and don't want.

Extra mayo, ketchup, brown sauce, vinegar, and salt sachets are available nearby.

Overall, very good and I would eat there again.

Adhonik Spice Balti & Tandoori

Not had an Indian for ages as normally disappointed, but I tried this place and enjoyed it very much. The sauce was very nice, and the meat tender apart from the pieces of chicken that came as a starter in the set meal, they were very tough.

Subway

Pros: Staff are very welcoming and will chat as they process your order. Subway coffee is actually decent too.Con: Seating area is tiny as it is situated inside a bargain booze store. Their own store would probably get more foot traffic.

Al's Pizzeria

Al's is a great business with amazing staff and owners!

The menu is a good size and one of the owners, Jo, is always trying to build on the menu and businesses success.

I highly recommend Al's over any other pizza place!

China Garden

Absolutely fantastic food this is the third time I've ordered food from china garden and it's been absolutely fabulous food I'm so glad my son recommended this place awesome food delivered very quickly. Thank you to all staff in china garden I be getting my takeaway's from you from now on ...

I ordered takeaway and picked it up from here a while ago. It was great! Food was good - tasted just how I expected, portion sizes were good, prices as expected and there were no surprises. Will go again!

Domino's Pizza - Maesteg

Have ordered from here a couple of times and have never been dissappointed with the food, quality pizzas ? ✨️ only ever had food come back wrong once, but the issue was sorted and staff were very friendly when sorting the issue out. Delivery drivers also very polite and friendly.

Express Pizza And Kebab

I’ve never had a better experience than with express, there was a lady and a male that took the time to speak to me about what I specifically wanted… you do NOT get customer service like this!!! they’d also added extra topping to the pizza free of charge and overall it was the most pleasant experience!

Lovely friendly welcome from the proprietoress and staff, loads of chat, superb eggs benedict on muffin, great milky coffee. Excellent value. Don't miss it!

I've only visited here a handful of times but the food has been tasty and warm, and is well priced. It's usually busy which should be a clear sign of its popularity and quality.

Deceptively large pub. Proper Harry Potter job, enter the small front door and go out into the bar and amazing two level beer garden. Music playing in background and friendly locals. Best of all, landlord makes a point of personally making sure you know you're welcome. Dogs welcome.

Just had Sunday lunch here and wanted to review straight away. Excellent customer service, food and value for money. If I had to complain about anything it would be parking is limited but we managed.

Visiting family, I thought my dream of a fish and chip supper was doomed when I saw that Wendell’s was closed, but then discovered Wendy’s. 2 beautiful and freshly cooked fish and chips and a stunning Irish curry sauce. Chip shop curry but with more pazazz! Great conversation about growing up in Caerau. Extremely satisfied! Thank you Wendy’s!

Maesteg Fish Bar

Really lovely and welcoming people, the portion size are huge and worth every penny of your money , I would recommend the fish also the chips as it’s always big and really nice good taste.

called here on a Saturday morning for a post parkrun feed - had a veggie breakfast and was not disappointed. service was quick, food was tasty and reasonably priced. be aware that it's cash only payment (didn't know til our bellies were full and a bit of drama having no cash or means to get cash out - kindness of a stranger and bank transfer saved the day).

will definitely be going back - but ordering a small version next time ??

Best Chinese in Maesteg the food is so good and great portion size, the staff are nice and friendly and you never wait long for you order, recommend the mixed meat red thai curry, chicken and mushroom and young chow fried rice. All the dishes we have tried have been good.
