The staff on phones are rather rude and they unhelpful takes over 20 minutes just to order than 2 hours waiting for delivery. To top it all off they send the wrong food priced nearly £5 less and when you complain they argue that a battered mars bar is a fish cake. They refuse to do anything about it. Side note most of their food tastes awful fish and beef like. This likely means they use beef oils and fry their foods together so there is no truly vegetarian option whatsoeverVegetarian options: Don’t believe there is one due to using meat oils or frying all food’s together

Been here a few times, no complaints about the food however it can be quite uncomfortable when the owners are arguing whilst serving and speaking badly to their staff. Staff always keep a happy face with customers but you can see the displeasure on their faces when they are spoken down to and humiliated in front of customers which dampens the experience

The best fish and chips shop would I say. The fish is perfectly cooked and the chips is just right. There I tried the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. The service is also really good!!
Used this fish shop a few times & norm it's fab, but very disappointed this time, paid nearly £13 for large fish, med chips & peas the fish definitely wasn't large same size as the small I had last time, was over cooked & was an hour past what they said delivery would be.
