Worst takeaway I've ever had. Tandoori dish not cooked in a tandoori oven, more like a microwave with a bag of sliced onions as the main ingredient for a £12 dish. Couldn't cut the lamb it was so tough, ended up the bin. Won't be going back.

This is my regular indian and it's absolutely lovely. I'm a picky eater and it's always very nice from here and the balti dal with potatoes is so flavourful and delicious.

We ordered And this is the worst take away I ever hard in my life I can only eat a chicken koma and I no my food this was I frozen curry out of Freezer you can tell by the jelly on the top and my wife got lamb Madras and this was the worst ever and it was the same u can tell it Frozen the chips was cold and not Indian chips and when I called I explained told me that don't care and did not want to no would not come back STAY AWAY HEATH Warning Warning Absolutely disgusting it's the worst food they are not proper Indian Cooks I got photos This puts proper Indian restaurants a bad name this should be shut down so bad please keep your money I am from Newcastle and this is absolutely ?% disgusting The attitude was absolutely appalling Very disgusting u can see buy the photos Notting out of the tubs u can see buy my wife tub it was disgusting as well wast of money that could of got food in for a week the cost of that slop

Ordered chicken pathia, pillau rice, mixed starters. Spice tray and poppadoms.Arrived on time ??Thats the only good thing I can say. Luke warm. Rice had no flavourChicken pathia was literally swimming in liquid which had no similarity to any pathia I've ever eaten. Pale yellow colour, hardly any spice.The chicken tasted like it was just normal chicken breast, boiled then just plonked in an ocean of flavourless sauce. No marinating or spicing to the chicken.The mixed starters tasted greasy and really reminded me of greasy battered fish.By far the worst "indian" food I've tasted....EVER.

I have had many home deliveries and not ever had a bad meal.The food is amazing, delivery times are always on time.Looking forward to having a sit in meal here just as soon as COVID restrictions are lifted

Absolutely disgusting . We ordered a £33 meal never had from here before and it was full of water onion bajis we soggy. Rang up to complain and he didn't want to know I will never ever order from here again it made my husband poorly even took pictures

Very disappointing, was £33 for 2 mains and 2 rice plus a naan and popodom. The chicken was tough and chewy and didn’t eat it, only ate the rice and poppodoms. First and last time eating at the spice tree.
The food was hot and delivered quickly. The food was very dissapointing, hard to describe, it was just bland and nothing special at all . I have made better in the house and won't be ordering again.

Delivered my order to the wrong address.. Argued over the phone that it was delivered to my house then.. Changed the excuse to it was delivered to a flat?! My house number and street name are on a plaque on the front of the house!! Annoyed isn't the word.

Have had several average meals from the Spice Tree but tonight’s hit a new low. Tasteless Sag aloo, greasy slimy Keema mushrooms, horrid sweaty nan bread in a bag. But worst of all, both “chicken” orders contained something that was hard, stringy and tasted surprisingly like turkey… week old, tough turkey. Will NOT be ordering from here again ?????? I’ve given a 4 for service as the delivery driver was nice, but everything else was awful

Very disappointed, this food was sadly not up to my standards. The chicken tikka was extremely bland, and the madras wasn’t that great either. The chips had to go into the air fryer, and the keemanan wasn’t cooked that well either. That’s the last money they will have out of me. I payed £30 pound for this, I’m extremely disappointed.
