Mmmm! Thank you for such a wonderful experience! The loaf was delicious which was soaked with Welsh salted butter! We just couldn’t stop eating it before our mains…. Everything was delicious and presented really well. We had a lovely window seat for 4 of us! We shall definitely return and we highly rate this business. Thank you ! Anna, Max, Rosa & Eden xxxx

Everything was average. Was really looking forward to some seafood and while I can say the mussels were delicious the 'sauce' which came with it was practically the same sauce as the chowder. Taste of double cream, there was no flavouring IMO in either of the dishes. The Chowder didn't have enough seafood in it or potatoes or veggies. The Popcorn crayfish was nice but it could have been placed on something else rather than iceberg salad and it was smothered in their sauces when I think it should be on the side. Food was ok, nothing grand. Service as good however everyone was friendly an accommodated to our request to change tables. We were originally placed on a table right by the bar where there was alot of traffic, this atmosphere wasn't nice until we moved.

After hearing a lot of good reviews from local friends and family , we thought we would book a table, Food was prompt and service was good, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype or the prices ,Beef was cooked perfectly but the slow roasted tomatoes and mushrooms where clearly fan fried, and oily ,The sea food linguine contained 3 mussels , which were very bland , along with the whole dish, it was oily , bland and just lacked general flavour for a fish dish.Very disappointing food all around.

Excellent food in a fantastic location surpassed only by the friendly and helpful staff. We were a table of 6 plus a dog and we all absolutely loved the restaurant. One of our party is GF and she was very well catered for and I would highly recommend the Menai pizza. Great

£7.25 for a pint of cider - beyond ridiculous ! The last meal I had here was appalling and I gave the place another go - taking the proverbial with those stupid prices.

Staying locally, we were recommended Dylan's by our cottage owner as we wanted a dog-friendly, family-friendly restaurant for a large group to celebrate a 40th birthday. Dylan's did not disappoint.Lovely customer service in the lead up to the day, dog biscuits left on the table, fabulous staff, great atmosphere and views and delicious food.It really was the perfect choice for us!

I am most impressed by how our staff member (so sorry I didn’t ask your name) looked after my mum who is disabled. I booked late due to a last minute decision to visit my parents. A belated Mother’s Day meal. I asked for an easily accessible table and for last minute, the restaurant was brilliant. However the bottom of the stairs table wasn’t a great location for mum (although we loved the different ways the chefs called for service in the kitchen) as other customers (not staff) kept treading on the back of her coat over her chair. I moved it in the end but this table could do with being a foot further away from the stairs (that’s 30cm to younger folk ?). That said they fitted us in ground floor and we’ll book earlier next time (there will be a next time). Oh and food, superb. Can’t wait to try more menu items and bring other family and friends or maybe mum and I will keep this fab place to ourselves!!

We waited over an hour for our food and when mine came it was cold ,and then asked for a coffee and saw it on the bar waiting to be brought to me and in the end I asked if it was mine and was given it tbh I don't like giving a bad review but have been here before and it was fab ,maybe just an off day ?

We had high expectations of this place but unfortunately we were met with a cold welcome and were told to wait for 15 mins for a table to free up. However, there were fifty empty tables in front of our eyes. Please improve your customer service. Absolutely terrible for tourists coming to Wales for the first time!
