9 Wood St, Menai BridgeAfter a very warm welcome we sat on a lovely table near the bar area which was cosy . I have a dairy and gluten allergy which was dealt with so well that I felt totally confident I was in safew hands. They asked so many questions to make sure they had all they ruight information . Had the most delightful meal of scallops to start and sea bass for main.. to my surprise they could also do me a dessert of baked pear with vegan nice cream and choc dust.. I can honestly say I have never been looked after so well and came away having really enjoyed the experience. My hubby had a fantastic meal . Such finesse and attention to detail . This couple certainly have a passion for hospitality .we will definitely be going back . Couldn’t recommend highly enough .Thanks team Sage xx

Island Cupcakes
9 Druid Rd, Menai BridgeI recently called Island Cupcakes in Penzance to arrange a birthday cake for a friend and on very short notice, too. Despite the limited time, they were incredibly accommodating and friendly over the phone. What truly blew me away was the result: a stunning fruit cake that looked as beautiful as it tasted. You could tell it was made with real care and attention to detail. My friend was over the moon with it! I’m so impressed by the quality and service, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Island Cupcakes to anyone looking for something special.

12 Bridge St, Menai BridgeI called in this place looking for a local Fish and Chips on the way from somewhere on Anglesey going home with the GF. We thought we'd give it a try, and am very pleased to say our experience was fabulous. The fish and chips were great. I bought breaded plaice as well with chips and a tub of curry and gravy. We've never encountered bread plaice before, and it tasted delicious! The chips were moist and tender, just the way they should be!! The sauces were very tasty too. We will be calling off here again should we be in the area.

Elegant Chinese Takeaway
4 Bridge St, Menai BridgeWe visited Beaumaris with friends for a golf holiday and fancied a truly succulent meal. It was at this point that we searched the local area for exactly that. I note that in the local vicinity, there were 3 restaurants that offered Chinese food. Elegant Chinese Restaurant from the surface took an early lead amongst our group with a 4.5 star rating, 0.2 above its local competitors. But as an avid take-away-er, we know this can often be subjugated to the ever progressing power of AI. For those in the exact same position as we were, look no further. We ordered £178 worth of Chinese food on a Wednesday between 7 of us and it was ready in 30 mins. Sensational. The staff were brilliant and even offered us ANOTHER complementary bag of prawn crackers - we took home 4 free of charge! When we got home, we were not disappointed. The food was piping hot, flavourful and cooked to a tier of excellence. We were left filled in heart, stomach and soul. A truly resounding success. Do not look any further. Rest assured any man, woman or child would agree. Do not believe the bad reviews, for us, it was sensational. I can’t wait to come back and visit again. All the best.

8 High St, Menai BridgeA lovely little store selling a wide range of sweet and savoury pastries, as well as other fresh foods such as Greek salad, olives etc. It also has a good selection of chutneys, sauces etc. I'd recommend a visit.

Trinity House, 1 High St, Menai BridgeAn exclusive culinary experience. The restaurant is mysterious outside, you cannot see in and the sign very small you could miss it if you did not know it was there which added to the mysterious experience. Inside there were three tables felt like I was in someone's front room. There is no menu. Each dish is plated up where you can see and Steve the Chef was great at explaining each dish. The many flavours burst in your mouth. Apparently there could be anything between 11 and 15 dishes we had 11 complimented with several wine tasters which complimented perfectly each dish. Fantastic experience with mind blowing food. Thank you to all for an unforgettable experience. So exclusive you cannot worry about the price obviously not cheap but worth every penny.

27-29 High St, Menai BridgeThese people are the soundest people going. I don’t understand these other hate reviews…. These keyboard warriors. Food was delicious no complaints whatsoever. The guy at the front desk even went to the back to get colder drinks for us 100/10 customer service.
