A staff member was guiding me to the tvs today. She was helpful at the start but when I asked her if I could collect it another day she said "no" gave me a stare and walked off. Disgusting, will not be shopping here again

Shelves are poorly stocked and people are fed up of mostly only 2 operators on the checkout.Used to be such a good store.

I ordered a full breakfast, and was told it would be about 10 to 15 mins. After this time I saw people who had ordered after me receiving their breakfast, so just went to query about mine. The woman cooking the food asked really aggressively, well what did you order? And then threw the breakfast on top of the counter shouting I told you it would be 10 to 15 minutes. When I said I was just querying because other people who came after me, had received theirs, she again aggressively said, well I work off a list, and muttered something I couldn't understand. It was probably the worst attitude I've ever witnessed from someone who is supposed to be serving the public. I will definitely not be eating here again.

First delivery in ages and I remember why. Many items missing, many items included that I didn’t order and are not substitutes. Cancelled full order and waiting for refund.

Shocking customer service in ASDA MERTHYR cafe....the waitress shouted across "can't serve you love, can't serve you.." I asked why and her loud, unapologetic, no reasoned reply was "I just cant!" I reported it to a manager who said he'd look into it! This customer who spent less than planned went elsewhere!

Well where do I start. On arriving at the store your greeted with rubbish everywhere in the car park trolley bays and even into the entrance of the store. The store it’s self looks like it had been ransacked shelves empty products thrown in fridges. Can’t believe the store management can’t see all this happening in front of their own eyes. Think the place needs a good shape up of staff managers. Will not be visiting again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there to shop. Awful experience ?

Such a disappointment to find that it will be card only when paying for petrol, what about disabled and elderly customers and also those wishing to pay cash. Card payers will have £99 taken from their account automatically at the beginning of the sale, this is refunded at the end but you won't know until you check your bank statement ???

Beware, 2 members of staff couldn’t void products correctly on shelf checkout, 1 member of staff didn’t know what she was doing and the other at Customer Service, Operator No. 58 clearly doesn’t have a GCSE in Maths.Noticed I was overcharge by £13.00 when I left the store, even though they had V next to the totals (I assumed void)Turns out I was actually overcharged, so I went back and visited customer services. At the customer service desk a rude human with blonde hair, I’ll assume a women, offered me a refund of £6.50, I made her aware that was the incorrect amount, then her attitude went downhill. accused me of being incorrect, I then once again pointed out the issue. the human in question then displayed a new refund amount of £12.00, which was again incorrect although I clearly wasn’t getting through to anyone so left.If you’ve been overcharged, best of luck as the checkout team on today were clueless.Asda need to bring in a new interviewing system, fruitcakes everywhere.

I shop weekly at Asda, spending £60-80. I am disabled, and need to shop on my mobility buggy. 2 weeks ago I had an Optician appointment, spending almost £170 on new glasses. I did my shopping there immediately afterwards. It takes me a long time to get my buggy in and out of my small van, which I park in a disabled bay, with my blue badge clearly showing.Last week I received a parking ticket because that day I parked there for over the 3hr limit!!! ??????

Dodgy delivery driver will mark down your shoppings been delivered when it hasn't. Call centre staff will tell you it'll be delivered. got a text from Asda 10 minutes later saying they've cancelled the order after me wsiting in all day (delivery was between 10-11pm, got cancelled 10:30). no explanation. which is mad because Mike the driver actually parked up outside (i saw you fella) waited a few minutes then drove off. contacted Merthyr Asda who said i'd get a call back on Monday (today) still nothing. 1st delivery and i got really messed about, gotta wait for a refund now before i can do another shop so left me in limbo with no food. Avoid Asdas at all costs. Call centre staff use call avoodance, ie mute you until you hang up orvstraight up disconnect the call. will be escalating the complaint firthervseeing as nobody has got back to me.

Hardly anything available because they had run out. This was about 1.30ish. Tesco cafe in the middle of lunchtime rush and afterwards had full menu available. Asda a supermarket had run out of food for it's cafe. Erm your in a supermarket go get some more food. Chips still available though.I stupidly opted for a steak pie. Now I've had hospital food that tasted better - that includes the cottage pie which came with a pastry bottom. I ate 2 tiny pieces of steak out of the pie. The rest of the pies lack of filling can be seen in the photo. The pies "flaky" topping took a bit of effort to snap into 2 so I could cut the pie in half at this point I was greated with a pastry skin over the top of the "filling". Needless to say I ate the disgusting chips it came with and left the pie. This meal was washed down with a disgusting cup of what I think was tea.My son had the kids sausage and chips - one of only two options available to him. He decided not to eat the sausage and gave it to me. Now either the knives were rubbish or the sausage was extremely overcooked and had been sat for a while because it could not be cut.The lady who served us the food was lovely had no problem with her. The lady working the till and getting drinks maybe needed a bit more training. The cafe itself was dirty and behind the counter was dirty as well. Will never go to another Asda cafe after this experience.Wouldn't feed this meal to my cat and my cats dead
