Although Costa sent out an Email this morning stating that the shops were still opening for take away orders only and that toilets would still be open for customers this was not the case here, TOILETS ARE CLOSED as the staff would have to disinfect the whole area after each person had used them.\\nCompletely and utterly wrong.... customers should be allowed to use them especially to wash their hands to keep everyone safe.

Surprisingly large Costa, with a weird layout to it. Its placing ib the shopping centre makes it quite dull, which isn't helped by the walls. The staff were friendly and helpful though and that helped!
