Was quiet not very busy. Was clean and tidy inside. Had the boneless variety deal and was nice and hot wasn't cold either the fries were lush. Not long to wait either.

Mocking me for being in the wrong queue and then saying “and now I’ll make you wait even longer” and continued to serve other customers who I was there before. Went through the druve through. Things were missing from put bargain bucket but too much hassle to go back in. Prices are getting expensive too.

We waited for the food that was plonked on the counter and that wasn’t explained properly that it was ours!! Then the member of staff goes to the back and doesn’t come back to the counter for some time after! Then when she eventually returned was asked what we were waiting for!! Having not told us clearly that it was ours and then by the time we sat to eat it was cold, no cups and got some of the sides wrong! Not happy with the food, or service. Won’t be returning for that kind of disappointment.

Took almost half an hour to complete the order and then provided the wrong sandwich, only didn't inform them as it was late evening and didn't want to wait another 30 minutes.

First delivery from justeat and the sides where incorrect plus I was missing 1.5ltr of pepesi max. Not able to contact anyone about this guess I just have to leave it go ?

App wasn't acknowledging my blue light card discount, and staff members refused to process the order with a bluelight card! Never had a problem with any other kfc when app wouldn't work!
Poor service whenever I've ordered food from this KFC. Service is incredibly slow, the staff are very young (nothing wrong with that) but lack professionalism, you can find yourself standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes before anyone acknowledges you. Don't think I've had a KFC delivery where I have recieved my complete order, usually Dips or fries missing. Dont understand why its so difficult to double check an order and make sure it's all there. Mcdonalds opposite has much better service and in my experience has always delivered my full order.

Chicken was like it had been sitting for a long time so much it was dry. Chips again old and lost crunch with that steamed texture ? not nice. Chicken wings were OK.I have to say I would have prefered not to go out. When you think if you go there yourself it will be fresh and find this, it's saddening. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth.Gone are the days when you can have the colonel's real KFC experience ? He wouldn't have wanted this to be his legacy. ?

I have been to this place twice recently and both times me and my wife suffered a really bad stomach ache a few hours later. We won't be coming back as we are concerned it will happen again.
