Right… me and a few friends decided to pop up to McDonalds on our lunch break for a quick meal. Upon arrival it appeared to be quiet in the drive thru and if you know Maccies that is a rare sight to behold. We thought it was too good to be true and of course we were correct. The gentleman on the speaker was very polite, didn’t catch his name but he was a lovely boy. We ordered on the app and he knew what to do straight away he was very efficient. As we went around the corner there was 2 cars in front which is to be expected at a drive thru especially in McDonalds. The man at the window told us we will have to park up which wasn’t that much of an issue for us until we couldn’t even leave the drive thru as there was massive congestion. There was a van waiting at the next window and 2 cars in front that couldn’t get around to leave as everyone was parking in the middle of the road and hogging the bays so no one could pass. Waiting for the food is no problem but I do mind waiting in a queue for one of the bays while our food goes cold. You ought to have someone out there orchestrating the vehicles on where to go and make it more clear that they don’t just have to park in the bays as long as they park somewhere close to Maccies. The other man in the window was neck craning out the window but wasn’t doing anything about it. One woman got out of her car as we all had places to be. Once we did get a space in fairness our food got delivered quick but was cold due to us having to wait sat in the drive thru for so long. Considering we ordered on the app I expected not to wait for so long as the whole point of the app is to have it ready upon our arrival. Nothing was missing from our order which was a surprise knowing McDonalds so we was pleased with that. Will be hesitant to return in the near future.

Only go here for the kids. Probably the worst muck you can put inside your child. But hey what you gonna do? Feed them or let them have a meltdown in the middle of the street ruining everyone's Christmas cheer. The inside if this one is absolutely mortifying. Old and haggard looking. Stinking dirty every where. Stunk of piss. A security guard on the door in a McDonald's says it all. Behind the counter wasn't much better. Load of youngsters looking like they'd rather be anywhere else. Theres always the obligatory wrong order queue thats usually longer than the actual food queue. In conclusion a total smelly dump pedaling filth to youngsters making them as unhealthy as possible in the process. ????

Awful.. food orders hanging around getting cold for over 40 mins.. long queues of unhappy customers and back logged drivers delivering very cold food very late.Huge lack of any quality control. Appalling service.

Why advertise being open 24/7 when I turn up at 05:45 the lights are on, people are inside but the doors remain locked, so annoying when you’ve bothered yourself to stop for a coffee.Why would a business make it harder for me to give them my money? I started coming to this one because the one in Nantgarw is so bad for doing exactly this but maybe this one’s going the same way.
Elaine saved the day when our order didn't arrive. She was very hospitable and the food itself was fresh and tasty.

I use the drive thru regular.Today is the final time.Always huge queues,hardly understand the server,needing to repeat my order 4 times.Then yet again i am asked to park up for such a small order however i am given my mcflurry.Wiat 10 mins mcflurry is now melting in the car.Finally a server comes out and tries to lean over the gate to give me my order and he asks if i can get out of the car and go closer so he can reach. Specifically asked for sauces which a re written on the receipt but none out in there. Got back to work 2mins up the road food was cold. Why they advertise milkshakes at this store i will never know as they have rarely got them,always saying the machine is broken,this has been their excuse all year.Jike!

What a shambles. Cold food, long queues. Delivery food left going cold. Orders wrong. Awful attitude. Terrible excuse for a food outlet. Serving over priced poor quality cold food. Its jot hard to make hot food we have been doing it for years. Something needs to happen with Mcds. Capital Muc.
