Service is always slow because they give priority to the drive-through. I've watched them behind the counter and theres no obvious method or system to how they work.

Completely over priced, staff are rude and slow..better off parking and popping into Greggs,, 11 pounds for a coffee and a bacon roll....what sauce would you like..brown..no sauce provided..had to drive around again ...

What’s the point of being able to order on the app, only to turn up and be told that the machine is being cleaned and you’ll have to wait 15-20 minutes for the drink you’ve already paid for? And then be told that they can’t refund it and you’ll have to call customer services for a refund even thought Starbucks no longer have a phone number to call!!!??

Starbucks Mold is a perfect place for a quick stop when going through on your journey into Wales.Ideally situated next to a petrol station so you can fuel your self and your vehicle.I had a lovely latte and croissant.Service was good and quality just as you good expectThank you

This is a great place to meet up or just chill. It is a convenient location and has plenty of parking. The coffee is good and there is a good selection of food available. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Nice people but the drive through trumps walks ins. Really really really (as in cold cheese toasty) slow to get a black americano. One person doing drinks the other three busy doing something else.....

Coffee tastes like dishwater, staff have such bad attitudes, this has to be the worst Starbucks in North Wales, I used to be a barista, in a busy train station, it’s not a difficult job, they are almost never busy and they still can’t make a basic drink, once I was given regular milk when I asked for oat milk, i’m lactose intolerant….. and all I was given, was a nasty attitude

Drive thru takes priority in this store. I was left waiting for 15 minutes for my Frappuccino and witnessed my cup being put to the back so they could make drive thru drinks who had ordered after me.I was also not acknowledged as I stood waiting to order at the till. 3 members of staff ignored me for 5 minutes.Another lady who I was not with questioned why I had been waiting so long. We were then both shouted at by staff accompanied by exaggerated eye-rolling and aggression!Maybe they need more staff as the tables were full of dirty plates and cups. Staff also need training in customer service!

Sat outside had yummy drinks and cakes sitting in the Sun with granddaughter. loved the Spanish music playing. Quality food and drink worth the extra!
