It was our first visit and the staff were very patient and accommodating in helping my elderly mother-in-law. The toasted sandwich, cake and coffee were absolutely divine! Would definitely recommend Coffee#1 and will definitely go back?

With the new manager Amy in place this branch is now back to its best. The customer service is faultless and if you are in town there's nowhere else you need to go. 5 stars every time!!!

Lovely friendly coffee house in Monmouth with a dog friendly area upstairs. Good quality food and drink and very pleasant & helpful staff. Hope that now being majority owned by Cafe Nero won't change this excellent chain of outlets
